I had a Savoy battered sausage last time. Perfectly crispy, tasty too. I got a HUGE amount of chips and every last one was delicious! Prices are fair for the amount of food you get, my Dad got something with beef and noodles last time, I don't remember fully what it is but I tried it and it was amazing! I've been here about 5 times and it never fails to impress me! I'd truly reccomend this place to anyone, please try it!!

Good but in my opinion not the best in Basingstoke

One star is generous! Seriously how anyone can go here twice is beyond me! Fish is frozen and processed!!!! Chips are undercooked and the Chinese is by far the worst i have tried! Such a shame its my local

Often have fish and chips from here which is always good. Decided to have Chinese tonight and it was absolutely delicious.

Terrible. One star is generous. Over £15 for Absolutely terrible fish and chips. Chips white and undercooked. No where near golden. Fish expensive for rubbish. Worst fish and chips I’ve had. Large cod and larch haddock. Gooey batter. Not thick meaty fish you’d expect for that price. Looked like something frozen from Iceland. Won’t be going back.

It is nice and the man in there, Michael I believe and his friend are so lovely! Like I mean really sweet people! Amazing massive pancake rolls!

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Basingstoke and probably the whole of Hampshire. Everything is cooked freshly and they only use the very best ingredients. I've been a big fan of Michael's (the owner|) food for years and used to go to his previous takeaway on Black Dam, so I've probably been a customer of his for over twenty years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad dish.
