Coffee was OK but tables where dirty

Nice hit chocolate as always, slightly longer wait than normal, but polite service.

Normal coffee, lovely and hot, friendly lad serving on his own.

Had a great hot chocolate. Walked back out of the toilet as it didn't look as if it had been cleaned for weeks, the seat was disgusting

At this time of year I like to treat myself to a Black Forest Hot Chocolate at Costa, it's always delicious.

Very busy today...but still great service and coffee

So very slow. Muddled orders finally get my order sit down and the coffee is like warm !!! Numerous other people complaining. What's going on.

I have been very disappointed with service provided this store. I took advantage of the promotion with 50p iced coffee. I went to the counter, and an asian lady with short hair served, also have told me that they have too many orders and cannot take my order right now, will take 10mins. I said it is fine and I am happy to wait and may I ordered it now? suprisingly, I was told no. I was so disappointed. I was about to leave the shop. at the same time, another lady told her, it is fine that she can make it. in the end, I got them with no cream on, and taste differently from what I had before. poor service. such a shame. avoid it.

Nice coffee shop, decent coffee, good range of food - both savoury and sweet. Great place to hide out and chill while the other half is shopping.

Standard Costa. Clean. Staff ensuring that the queue maintains social distancing at all times. All good!
