Cote Brasserie in Basingstoke and Deane

It doesn't try to be trendy, just does elegant well. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was really good and the wine we had was pleasant. It feels like you have space and are not crammed in. Just a grown up place to be.

This is the 2nd time we had a meal here. This time it was dinner. Starter, main course and dessert all are delicious *chef kisses*The service was excellent and super! Very professional and friendly staff. Definitely recommended and will be back soon✌🏻

Great service, had a waiter in training who did a great job looking after us. I had the full English breakfast and my wife had the tuna with a side of cream spinach. Didn't appear to be much but I was absolutely full to the brim and the food was delicious. To top it up the food didn't take long to come out either. Will definitely come back. A++++

First time in this restaurant and all I can say is..... WOW. Everything is 5 star. The aroma as you near the restaurant draws you in to something special and I was most definitely not disappointed. Restaurant is clean and comfy, the perfect place to dine with friends or that special night out with loved ones. Food was outstanding and staff extremely professional and attentive. Bravo to all at Cote Basingstoke, I very much look forward to a return visit soon.

I booked online last night last minute really for my birthday dinner with my husband and I requested a lovely table for a birthday dinner before the cinema and when we arrived, we were taken to a perfect spot and there were 2 glasses of red wine waiting and a birthday card!! It was such a lovely surprise 😊 On top of that, the service and food was fabulous, it felt like we were dining in a 5 🌟 restaurant in London. Thank you Cote!!

Had lunch here with my family and some friends and all of our food was great!Staff are super friendly which is great.I went for the sirloin steak, it was cooked perfectly!All the other guests commented that their food was amazing.A great experience overall, would definitely eat here again.Prices are reasonable too.

We went for an anniversary lunch and had a trainee waitress, who tried hard and did a strong job looking after us.To start we both had French Onion soup, which was very cheesy, plenty of croutons and hot which was perfect for the cold day.Mains were salmon and ratatouille which whilst nice, could have used a few more vegetables. My other half had the tartiflette, which was truly delicious and was divine with the bread on the table dipped in it.For dessert, my other half had hazelnut praline crepes, but it only tasted like it was crepes with Nutella. Bit of a shame, as I think something more impressive could be made. I had tarte tatin which was nice but, the pastry base was a little on the soft side. My experience of eating them in France was they're slightly more robust, so I wonder if perhaps if the pastry was ever so slightly under-baked. We also each had a French Old Fashioned, which was also enjoyable.On the whole, we enjoyed our meal and will be returning.

Wonderful experience. Went for my partner's birthday and because I'd stated that on booking, staff went out of their way to buy my partner a card and sign it. Lovely atmosphere, great food, fabulous service and reasonably priced! Would wholly recommend.

Came in to celebrate our anniversary and had mentioned it whilst booking. We had a great time. We were greeted and seated by Alex who was wonderful and surprised us with a card and customised chocolates. Adrian had served us and along with other staff members who were all great. The food was fantastic and staff did come check on us from time to time. Definitely would recommend Cote to anyone and everyone… Friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere and reasonable prices… what else could you ask for?
