Curry Queen Indian Takeaway in Basingstoke and Deane

Extremely rude!! Very bad customer service. We initially ordered curry and a drink but we realised later on the drink was missing so we contacted the restaurant to inform them.I was expecting an apology but instead they were very rude and didn't admit it was their mistake. The driver came back with a small bottle of Pepsi and charged us £3.25😲. I was absolutely fuming as we had spent over £70. I called the restaurant to find out why we were asked to pay for the drink as we had already paid for it when we initially placed the order and had the receipt to confirm it but the person on the phone wasn't interested and asked us to pay fir the drink or to return it. We returned the bottle and decided to never order from them again.

We placed a big order at this resturant the customer service and food was absolutely terrible. It was are first and last order, we will never go back again I recommend to avoid this place at all cost We will be reporting this place to trading standards.

We have been using the curry queen for a few months now since our previous curry house put brussel sprouts in my vegetable curry 😔 . Every meal has been exceptional ! Would highly recommend.

Have been eating here for a few years now, living locally is always a bonus too. Never had a bad meal. I messed up our order once and they sorted it out within a VERY quick time. Always a polite drive when delivering, which is never a long wait . We usually collect and again, always very polite.

Never had a bad takeaway from here. Food is tasty, hot and delivered by a friendly driver. They offer nice little discounts for online orders and regulars (even if the percentages off are mathematically incorrect lol).

Good quality foods and very friendly

Always ordered with no problem. But unfortunately tonight after not ordering for a few months makes me wonder if the chef is new as very disappointed with my meal .Poppodoms were staleChicken korma was like water with no taste .Shame as always been nice in the past .

We had a takeaway prawn purei wife shami kebabb me both excellent. Main meal dupiaza rice keena nan bombay pots. The wife shared and had a korma.. Delivered quick. Nice staff.All was hot . Salad included. Best Indian in rg. I'm impressed. Glad to report 5 out of 5 .

Extremely beautiful flavours. I've had several meals from here all different. The food is excellent. Service is very friendly. It's a must visit.
