Domino's Pizza in Basingstoke and Deane

I've litually never had an issue with ordering dominos before but for some reason this particular one took over an hour to send the delivery out. Wouldn't answer the phone. Found out all the drivers called in sick and the poor manager had to do deliveries with one other person. Like come on guys.

Delivery driver fail to read messages if someone orders food late at night and asks not to knock on door but call when they arrive because you will wake everyone up is it that hard to comprehend ? Unless you are eating crayons for breakfast ! II absolutely do not trust the drivers anymore I ordered huge bottle of Fanta but it seems like the lid was opened already!! I got very suspicious!! Lord knows what they did to my pizza!! I’m not ordering from here again 🤢

Placed an order and after an hour chased the store to be spoken to by a “manager” telling me that although the money had left my bank, they had not received my order so would not be placing my order. After asking repeatedly for the “Custmoer services number” the phone hung up. 9 phone call attempts later, I was finally reimbursed despite them not answering the phone. If you had just not seen the order come through and advised it was late then I would have been more understanding but to hang up on a customer is an utter shambles. I only order a take away once in a blue moon and sure as hell will not be ordering from you again. GET BETTER MANAGERS!!!

Since they started discriminating against cash customers by only accepting card payments im no longer the customer of another pro "cashless society business"

They do only half the delivery. If you live in a building, you will have to pick your order outside. They call it company policy, but just feels like laziness to me. Disappointed.

I’m filling really bad I Oder my pizza like every week .I’m regular customer and we never have any issues with the delivery . Today I really disappoint I order the order take 40 minutes to arrive when the driver arrive him don’t want come in side my building to deliver to my door I told him I can walk because I broke my leg . Hi was very rude . So the service is not good ,think if I were a person with a disability how would that be the type of service they would provide?

What do you need to get a receipt from this company? Have been chasing for a week now! Maybe I need to claim back from my credit card company in order for them to produce a receipt? lets see how quick they move when in danger of losing over £100!!

I placed a order. I got a phone call from the delivery driver to go outside to his car and collect my order because he's not allowed to go to your door, after around 15 minutes of battling with him I had to cancel my order as by this time he was already at the latest time of delivery on arrival, and then having it on the roof of his car for 15 minutes sorry but I won't be using you anymore poor delivery service and over a week for a refund poor service admittedly usually very good and fast, but too many bad experiences now as Domino's know yes I'm stubborn and already deleted the app 😂.won't use Domino's pizza anymore.

Whenever it's pizza, it's Domino's!This place is mainly for takeaway and home delivery. My personal favourite is Texas barbeque and potato wedges!They do have application, whenever you order you can see what's happening to your pizza, funny!And yes if you are looking for some part-time job, they have vacancy for delivery. Drop in and enjoy either pizza or the job!
