Nice drinks, decently priced, nice atmosphere. However it markets itself as a nicer more intimate place to get a drink whereas in reality when my boyfriend and I went there it was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. Saturday night though so not really the staff's fault.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Excellent value for money. As a group of 9 we had an amazing time.

Great choice of food and cocktails are excellent. Sometimes when crowded it can get rather loud so not ideal for a quiet drink some days, otherwise a trusted go to for afternoon drinks and a bit to eat.

Very nice place, not too busy, and have board games for a bit of fun. We had the Siren Lumina Points (£5). Nice IPA. Seems like more of a cocktail place, but I'm not a massive cocktail fan. Worth a visit, but don't expect any commercial larger - local beers and real drinks, not a bottle of Budweiser or Fosters in sight (thank god).

What a great afternoon spent at the Duck & Tipple. Great service, yummy food, lovely cocktails 🍸. It was my friend's birthday so glad we picked this venue. Can't recommend it enough. We will be back for more thank you so much for a great experience. Natalie Bale. Saturday 11th.

Excellent place, great atmosphere, and they make a good cocktail too. The security were very friendly and accommodating, we felt looked after, especially Curtis. Well done, a welcoming team, would recommend.

We were greeted and made to feel welcome from the door staff, right up to the management. The cocktails were amazing and the food was plenty. Such a great atmosphere too with lots of different ages all having an enjoyable time.

Surprising little place this. Upstairs is much bigger and brighter than the entrance suggests. Love the duck related pictures. We had a few cocktails which were all great. I appreciated how helpful the barman was about checking a few ingredients for an allergy. We will be back to try a few more cocktails.

Great food, excellent cocktails (Bitter Duck, wow!) in nice surroundings. Very quiet on a Saturday lunchtime, we'll be back soon.

Relatively small bar located on the first floor. I went for coffee on a Saturday afternoon. The light bites menu offers a number of small dishes for lunch. The bar is a trendy style modern place with mostly bench style seating with a few couches in some areas. There is a small table tennis table at the back. The cocktail menu looked good although we didn't try any, bar is aimed at the more upmarket scene with cocktails around £7. A nice step in the right direction for the nightlife in Basingstoke.
