Had a good party. Host Beth was helpful and friendly. The venue was really clean. Disappointed we couldn't use the laser quest as system did not load quick enough and we run out of time. Would have been useful for adults to be told this takes a bit of time to take part in so would be good to complete it first.

Visited last week with my 4yr and husband for a stay and play session. It was £8 which was great on price but then charged another £7.50 for socks! Wow I wasn't expecting this and I wish it has said on the website because we wouldn't have visited. We were just in the area for the morning and don't live local and waited to kill some time.My son loved it but as others have said in their reviews lots of it was closed with no signage. We all jumped in the foam pit and got told off. Why is this closed??Some of the trampolines closes and being repaired too.All in all we had a nice time, it was clean and really quiet but feel like there isn't loads for toddlers.

My son had an awesome time at stay and play today, he loved the bouncy castles and especially loved wild week theme! We will definitely be back!

Was here for a birthday party for my 9 year old daughters birthday, girls loved it. Our party host AJ was amazing and very attentive to the parents and the kids.Great place with loads of things to do, food and party bags are great and just enough for the kids.Slush puppies were a hit.

We went to the stay and play with a 4yo and a just 2yo. Really enjoyed it and they loved running/jumping around. Only downside was that quite a few parts were shut without signs - so the children went to go on it and a staff member had to tell them to come off.There was however plenty to keep them entertained and a good price at £15 for a family of 4 for 2 hours.

Holly was a great party host and from the moment we arrived guided us (and an army of excited children) through to our Party Room, helped get them all ready for their play session and once finished gathered and escorted everyone back to the room for food and cake. Really pleased with how helpful she was and the professionalism from her and other staff. Thanks for making our son’s party a really good time!

First time at Flip Out and was super impressed. Lots of staff supervision on all the different activities. Staff were fun, running competitions and dressing as the Easter bunny! An hour flew by, the kids loved every minute so we added an extra hour!Cafe area was very good, hot chocolate was lush and some good food and drink options.Special mention to Kirsty for showing my daughter around and ensuring she safely bounced, as she was a bit nervous to start.

Toddler stay and play was brilliant! Attentive staff, so much space, super fun and great pizza! We stayed for over three hours which was real value for money…will definitely be returning.

Attended the under 5’s stay and play session. Really fab set up, nice and relaxed and love that you can come and go as you please throughout the day. Fantastic for toddlers! Special mention to Jarath who went out of his way to make sure all the kids were having the best time! Thank you
