A brilliant hotel. Found as it was close to the Bombay sapphire distillery. Stayed in one their courtyard rooms which is split level and it was fantastic. Comfy beds and all amenities that were needed. These rooms came with private parking which was a nice surprise. Had dinner and breakfast, both were really delicious and a wide variety to choose from. All staff were friendly and were more than happy to help. Is quite a luxury hotel for us and so would book again for a special occasion.

Came here for the afternoon tea and it was so lovely, it had the best dessert selection I have seen for a while in an afternoon tea. The staff were so lovely, friendly and polite. The restaurant was lovely decorated and the views are spectacular. Was my first time here, but fell in love. As soon as I left I went straight to your website to find about your room hire to potentially have our wedding reception here. Thank you for the experience.

I visited a couple of weeks ago for wedding makeup. The venue is beautiful, I was welcomed by lovely staff who directed me to the gorgeous cottage where the bride/bridal party were getting ready - perfect place for an overnight stay with the bridal party and morning preparations. I'm looking forward to my future visits this year (and next!)

Stunning location, well kept. Beautiful building and surroundings. Staff could not be more helpful or professional. Room just gorgeous

Fantastic meal, great service. The menu doesn't do it justice! (though you need to upgrade your low alcohol beer selection from Becks Blue! It's a big growth area!)

The most amazing experience. Beautiful decor, the afternoon champagne tea was out of this world. And at the last minute we're able to cater for dairy free selection ,which I hadn't mentioned when I booked.

Lovely hotel. Just back from a nice weekend break with my wife. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted. Staff were great. Very helpful polite and attentive. Rooms were good size and well equipped. Very clean and looked after. Room service was very good and fast.Grounds were stunning with beautiful gardens. The Glasshouse restaurant was great. We had very good evening meals and a superb breakfast.Parking was very good with the added benefit of Tesla chargers which was very handy. My only issues was at breakfast when I asked for a Latte. I was told this has an extra charge. I was charged £4.35 for one Latte that came straight out of a machine. No barrister. I think that's a bit over the top.I would definitely come back for another visit

Perfect conference venue - I used this hotel for a 3 day conference and the service we received during conference was exceptional. Every interaction was very professional and I would highly recommend for any business conference requirements.

Arranged for afternoon tea to celebrate birthday in private room with pre drinks in bar beforehand. When arrived ushered straight to private room. Had to go and find someone to arrange drinks.Afternoon tea very sparse on sandwiches and savouries. Scones and cakes excellent.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds with nice views. Rooms where well equipped with one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Only complaint was that the old windows were very drafty.
