Gurkha Kitchen Nepalese & Indian Cuisine in Basingstoke and Deane

One of the few decent restaurants open on a Sunday evening. This was our first visit here and we were after something a little different from the usual curry houses. This place did not disappoint. Absolutely cracking food at reasonable prices, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. A real gem.

Had a fantastic meal there with the family. Great dishes curry was awesome. Fresh cooked wonderful combinations of robust spices in a rich sauce. Give it a try. Friendly staff will advise on dishes.

Superb food. Different menu than you normally see. Love the selection on the menu. Very clean resteraunt. Very friendly staff. Finally found a resteraunt locally that sells Lassi! As well as Mango & sweet Lassi they also do banana Lassi! 🍌Highly recommend if you don't mind spending a little more for great quality food.

Ordered a Himalayan Chicken Curry, Biryani and some Chicken Momos from here.The biryani was good.The momos were disintegrating, sloppy and tasteless.The Himalayan Chicken curry arrived with no Chicken in it. It was just sauce with half a tomato in it. NO CHICKEN in a CHICKEN CURRY.I called and complained but was told to raise the issue with Uber Eats.The portion sizes are also awfully small for the money these guys are charging.

Found this Restaurant by mistake , it had only opened the day before ! The food was fantastic , service good and staff very friendly , definitely worth a visit , my new favourite place to eat in Basingstoke !

It's a small place but the food was amazing! Highly recommend the Korma and the Naan is great too.
