Kentucky Fried Chicken in Basingstoke and Deane

Despite being quiet, the tables were not clean and there was rubbish on the floor. Turned up at 1530 and it seemed that most of the staff members were on a break. Not very professional, especially as one of them had paint splattered trousers on. Fries were lukewarm, chicken ok. Overall, a disappointing visit to a well established chain

I had ordered a wicked variety bucket using the app just eat to be delivered to me. The young lady delivery driver gave me a zinger burger meal. I said that's not more order. Then she goes on her mobile to translate she doesn't speak English. When I said who do I contact about my order. Back on the phone she goes shows me contact the app. She understands English she probaly eaten my order with her boyfriend in the car. I drove to kfc explained what had happened the young man in their couldn't stop apologising . I told him it's not his fault. If just eat can't employ people who make out they don't understand English disgusting service by just eat. The lovely young man sorted my order out straight away without any fuss . As I showed him proof of the delivery order number I had. Also taking the zinger burger meal back as proof .

Very poor. No bargain buckets available. Water only available in cups no bottles. Had a 3 piece box meal, chicken ok, but very few chips.

Went to basingstoke leisure park as fancied a McDonald’s, however the queue was mad busy so decided to go to KFC, no queue at all. Well no surprise there!! Ordered box meal with beans and MOULD inside!!! Rude girl who handed us the items, rubbish everywhere. TRULY DISGUSTING. Don’t bother going there!!! Never again.

Wouldn't normally comment on fast food place, no rocket science required it is a KFC. However, my visit with my 2 girls was excellent, the service was done with a smile and a joke, the lady cleaning tables helped grab some spoons and plates without even asking, all done swiftly and giving a real feeling of care. Wish other KFC's were as prompt and happy in their jobs.

What I dealt with today was ridiculous, I ordered a boneless banquet with an extra boneless fillet and I didn't get any chicken fillets, I got 2 small popcorn chickens and beans (which was supposed to be gravy)This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this chain and now im just going to stay away as clearly they cannot even provide chicken... at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN

absolutely disgusting service waited 40 minutes for a KFC despite the shop being completely empty. food was cold, didn’t even put the meal in a box, gave me the wrong food too. and it had a hair on it

Non existent customer service dry overcooked chicken cold powdery chips wrong order 4 packs of chips sent no mash no coleslaw when clearly on the receipt so no co ordination in the kitchen utterly sub standard manager couldn't care less blames staff says he was on a 3 week holiday ! No accountability

Asthetically not the nicest place to dine in, whilst clean, its very old and dated and feels grubby (even with no evidence of this- maybe its the brown color Scheme?) the app wouldn't work for me so i used the self service computer which was exceptionally slow and honestly frustrating.On the positive the food was as expected and I required assistance in carrying my tray from a staff member who did not think twice or pause for a beat in helping; as someone who is disabled this was really lovely and was nice not to have to explain why I needed help or declare my needs. I valued that highly so thanks to that member of staff for being so courteous and willing.

Most of my order tonight was okay,but had an issue with the Beans(mould)and chicken bits ( one had a strange dark object attached)
