Asthetically not the nicest place to dine in, whilst clean, its very old and dated and feels grubby (even with no evidence of this- maybe its the brown color Scheme?) the app wouldn't work for me so i used the self service computer which was exceptionally slow and honestly frustrating.On the positive the food was as expected and I required assistance in carrying my tray from a staff member who did not think twice or pause for a beat in helping; as someone who is disabled this was really lovely and was nice not to have to explain why I needed help or declare my needs. I valued that highly so thanks to that member of staff for being so courteous and willing.

Food was good, plenty of parking around so easy access if you intend to dine in.The drive through however, it seems to access this you end up in a queue (most times I visited) the queue isnt actually for the KFC, its the McDonaulds next door, so the only reasonable approach is to wait for a clearing and pass the traffic to drive into the area.I hope this helps in some way but this is a good KFC for food quality.

Most of my order tonight was okay,but had an issue with the Beans(mould)and chicken bits ( one had a strange dark object attached)

What a lack of customer service skills! We just turned up here and wanted to order a sharing buckets with 20 wings. At first I was told that this can only be processed at the till so tried to order it with the cashier, but he didn’t know how to add it on and kept asking me to order it via the just eat app. How pathetic! Supervisor called ARA was called in and she was just very arrogant and disrespectful. I did ask her to process wings on the till just so we could finish our order, but it took her 5 minutes only so she could told me off. She definitely shouldn’t be working in hospitality sector as this isn’t how you treat your customers. Lack of knowledge, rules and standards.Poor cashier was left in his own, processed something, we collected it and it wasn’t was I ordered, but hey hoo what can you expect after all this?

Reading KFC has been very disappointing for the last few years so this was a pleasant surprise.Customer service was good.Food was generally good but could have been a little warmer. Suspect as they were not busy some of the food had been in the warmer rather than freshly made.

Of 4 self service order stations only 1 was working, staff at the order point seemed perplexed that they might need to take orders. Fantastic example of service workers greasing the wheels of automation and technology to replace them.

Very poor whenever I get a drink with my meal normally 7up it feels like it has been warmed up and is flat when eventually you get some one to answer the phone he then said we have a problem with the machine ..? But still keep selling the same drinks any mormal hi quilty store would say not available no KFC keep selling poor products and all so nearly every order when I get a boxed meal hardley any chips in it on one meal that was a large meal there was 7 chips it keep happening you say something but it never changes so poor I will not be going back as I am feed up of being ripped off by KFC drive-through Basingstoke

We don't often get a takeaway from KFC, but unfortunately the last few times we have over the past year there has always been something wrong with the order(instead of 2 correct box meals, we received an incorrect box meal and 2 wraps belonging to someone else(who I met when I returned it) and each other time has had things missing or wrong drinks) which when using the drive thru is difficult to check at the collection window. Overall the food isn't bad which is why we do always come back but last night I fear might have been the straw that broke the camels back. My wife does not like the sauce that comes with the stacker burger meal so each time I request this be removed, this is added to the receipt correctly. Also we like to "Tower" them with a hash brown which is never a problem, and is added to the receipt. However after the 10 minute drive home to find that the burgers are standard burgers with the sauce and missing the hash brown, the whole excitement of getting KFC turns into an extreme annoyance which ruins the experience. In addition the buns seem a little dry and my wife's chicken in her burger seemed a little pink. Compared with a local Chinese who always get the customizations absolutely spot on everytime, it's frustrating that a company can mess up so regularly with simple requests on such a simple menu, that each time you expect a problem. I would have returned the order last night if I had time but due to the 30 minute queue to get in initially, I didn't have time.Unfortunately I may not use this KFC again, and if I do decide to give it another try it will be via the restaurant and full inspection before leaving as I am sick of not getting what I order. Please fix this and ensure your orders are accurate.To be honest with the allergies that people suffer with, and with recent focus on publishing ingredients for food items, it is reckless that KFC do this as next time it could end up with a less fortunate customer ending up in hospital due to a simple mistake of not removing something.

The food was all okay but upon arriving home, I discovered that 6 hot wings were not in the bag, and were on the receipt so I'd been charged for them. Not the end of the world but that was the 3rd time that this has happened to me so I won't be using the drive through ever again.
