I am happy this shop is there. Always good vegetable, I found everything what I have need. Full delivery always. Really good!

Great selection of food, meat, cakes, bread, crisps, drinks and alcohol at very reasonable prices, however meat (especially chicken and turkey) is often not fresh and stinks immediately after the purchase.I would also advise against buying flour as we twice got flour bugs from flour.The biggest issue is lack of space and HSE concerns. Deliveries are often left all around the shop, so access in a wheelchair or larger pram is very limited. Deliveries are stacked in high piles which can be easily tipped. The back door to an unsecured staircase is open most of the time so kids can fall through unsafe handrails.

Great Polish shop in the heart of Basingstoke. Good selection of products, fairly priced. My only but is the size of the store. It could be bigger to accommodate for the demand 😉

Good quality and range of products however I am feeling cheated over. Once I bought a pack of organic oats.....well it turned out to be very organic indeed....having a huge dead flying ant or something like that inside which definitely did not come from my house as it was there as I just opened the packaging and the packaging was intact so it couldn't chew itself into it. Another time a Kubu drink was off already when opening still in its expiry date. The other day they sold already expired Danios.....I know, all of these could be product faults, which could be down to the brand but the shop is also responsible about what they are selling so just be careful if you plan to shop here.Today they charged me bags after they asked me if I needed them or not. I said not.....it was still listed on the receipt. I should have checked it there because after all of these I would have definitely returned to get my 10 p back....Sorry but not one and not two negative experience made me be a Karen, hence 1 star only :(

One of my fav shop chains! Polish specialist shop with a wide choice of goods, always well stocked. Staff friendly.

Great selection of produces. Especially love the cold meat section, I d love to try them all out. Very clean and tidy and friendly too, even given my little one a sweet treat :). Very reasonably priced.

Products all over the floor, causing H&S concerns. Impossible to do shopping if using a wheelchair or pram.Overall good products selection and very kind staff.
