McDonald's in Basingstoke and Deane

Service was rubbish. The woman had attitude because I wanted to order via a real person rather than a machine. She basically ignored me because of it! Someone else came to serve me in the end and they were fine.

Ordered and waited. And waited. And waited some more as delivery rider's came and went. Food eventually arrived semi cold unsurprisingly. Better to drive 5 minutes to another restaurant. Won't be back.

Your typical mcdonalds, clean, cheap and quick. But there were 2 negatives - car parks uphill from mcdonalds - ordered a large milkshake half way full

They are usually on the ball and give good service but I just can't let this one slide. I ordered 2 BBQ Bacon stack meals both with regular cokes (one after the other so that they understood clearly what I ordered as it was listed on the receipt) but only got one meal and 2 cokes... It wasn't even busy there was just me and one other car didn't seem like they were busy inside either it was early afternoon so what gives?I know I should have checked the bag but there was a car right up behind me and I never had this problem with them before so how would I have known? Just a shame really couldn't be bothered to go back had too much going on.

2 visits recently, both had no queue at the drive through, both occasions asked to park up at the front and wait. 2 waiting bays and no car parking since a refurb, however 4/5 delivery drivers parked all over the place. The order was fairly simple, quarter pounder meal x2 and 2 hamburgers. Fairly standard. You would think that for one they would be already be cooked, so I wait. To be brought my food, I drove home which is close. The food on both occasions was stone cold. The first time I could say was one of those things, the second well you make up your mind. Seems ordering you food from online may get a better quality of service...

I fancyed a double sausage and bacon mcmuffin ended up with a bacon and cheese mcmuffin. If I wanted that I would of got the wrap as its cheaper. Went inside to tell the staff to correct my order and they looked at me as if a bomb went off.

Really good McDonald’s, the Staff has a lot of kindness and respect, they were so kind they gave me a freebie mango chutney sauce. I am really impressed in this McDonald’s by keeping their customers happy.

It was pretty decent cleaner than a lot of McDonald's. Drive through was V busy but inside they we quite quick with the meals. It has no parking outside so you have to park in one of the mains car parks and walk to it though.

Nobody is serving anybody, we had to shout multiple times and somebody who isn't even on shift ended up getting someone to take our order, worst service possible

Not happy.Drive-thru has no rain cover at all.Mixed up my kid's order, so I faced 15min question session.My burger was very very cold,it was not heated properly, 100%.No parking on site and quite long queues make it less possible for you to want to go back and sort it out. So you just end up suffering on your own. 😑P.SOh yeah, also Monopoly stickers missing on drink and fries. 😤
