Highly recommend u dnt use this McDonald’s for delivery. Half order missing. Drink half empty. Contacted restaurant we’re I was told basically suffer not going to hlp with either sending out order missing get a refund from app. Well thank u vm McDonald’s. Tried to put in place a refund via app, but unfortunately they have made it so difficult that ime still trying. Preplanned hmmm. Deleted McDonald’s app never to use again. Used just eat app, delivery driver had supposedly arrived, 15 mins later no food. Had to go out looking for him by that time food was freezing cold, dips missing, number of nuggets wrong.Only saving grace was calling restaurant and speaking to a fantastic member of staff called Kim Salter, she is an absolute credit to your company. Dealt with complaint effectively and efficiently. Well done Kim

My 17 year old autistic trans son got his first job here, 4 weeks of being bullied and shouted at by employees and one particular manager, to then end in being fired for something he hadn’t done. For such a large brand to advertise a diverse and inclusive culture - this has left a really bad taste in the mouth. I have eaten from here before, food has never been very good and quite often orders have been wrong and so I will only go to the Brighton hill branch, as it is so much better quality, but this confirms that there is something seriously wrong with this establishment.Seriously suggest that people avoid going here!

Avoid at all costs.We ordered and paid via app, then proceeded to wait almost half an hour for our food when waiting to collect. Even though we had arrived to collect just before it got busy. Only to find out once we finally received the food that not one, but two burgers were missing. The odd mistake now and then isn’t an issue, but when it is literally every single time that we go there, food is missing from our order, it’s just not good enough. Sort it out

Big tasty sauce It tasted rancid more acidic than normal as if it were expired, and the best thing about this burger is the sauce, they gave me one without the sauce and it's not the same and the manager refused to taste the sauce to see if it tasted bad, even missing two days to expire, because it can be damaged before if it does not have the correct refrigeration. Definitely they don’t care if you are having a damage sauce even if not expire

staff impatient huff puffing on the drive thru today visit! which funny considering i was waiting for 10mis just kept saying anything elses whilst i tried to say what id like 16/03/22 thought I'd try this drive thru again but once again order was wrong and since when has chilli cheese bites been chicken nuggets? Also milkshake machine not working! I've decided from now on to avoid this mcdonald's! I know no one cares and if you have had a lovely experience then congratulations! Also chips didn't seem to have a boxes so chips in a bag don't know y I got this experience I'm alway polite and always say please abd ty I didn't even care I had to wait I understand people busy but this was just rude and un called for. I hate given bad reviews but this us needed as its all the time leisure park basingstoke

Complete chaos. Had to wait 25 minutes for the food, condiments run out, items missing off the menu. OK, so we chose a busy time of day.... but sort it out McDonalds.Food had to be sent back as cold and stale when it finally showed!Also not alright to prioritize drive through and Deliveroo over patient customers who take the trouble to actually visit you!

There has been Many occasions where they havent Got food - actually most of times there is many things missing from the menu... poor stock management and also drive thru has no escape lane so once you there if they haven't got food of your choice on the menu and you want to simply leave; you have to wait until cars before you got served their order. Also McDonald's is claiming it is open 24hrs but you have to go to drive thru to buy food at night and if you not in the car forget it as they won't serve you on foot due to health and safety reasons.

Because of this person (paul? Shift manager) my children went hungry to sleep. McDonald's 24hr at Basingstoke leisure park.Ego larger than THE Donald himself. I took some pictures because of feeling harassed and fearing a bad review or complaint he tried to strong arm me into deleting the pictures. I didn't so he refused to hand over food with no refund. I asked for my money back and he said only was is through the app so get out and do it outside. I asked to complain and again was asked to get out and find on the app to complain. This is even though my order was paid & ready which can be seen in the picture. Was making silly rules on the go that inside McDonald's he has the right to ask me for private pictures inside my phone. I called the police to resolve and he chickened out by hurriedly giving me cash and asking me to leave. Suddenly refunds can be given in store.I expect higher service standards from McDonald's so Waiting for McDonald's management to contact me because some vile things said about me there can't be decently put on here. I have all on video so will wait up. Blurred the staff's picture as they requested to not be visible and I respect that.

Had the friendliest staff in any of the Mcdonald restaurants you have ever been to! Really brightened up my day with her brimming 😃. She would literally go round and ask everyone how s their meal and their day. Even gave my little one toys and drawing book. Would go back just because of her :)
