McDonalds Tothill in Basingstoke and Deane

Staff emptied dirtbin inside your establishment opposite our table while we were trying to enjoy our meal , not very hygienic I thought.

Fast service through the drive through and for once a perfect wrap of the day.This was just a quick snack but I was really impressed with the quality of this food... Photo shows the food this wasn't just slapped together (as it usually is) it was properly prepared with plenty of lettuce that went right around the wrap.I wish this McDonald's was near my house so I could enjoy this quality more often.We'll done guys 🙂🙂🙂

This is our favourite local McDonald's. We avoid the ones in Newbury even though they are nearer. Even driving the extra few miles we usually beat the queues and get served quicker. We almost always use the app and get the food delivered to our car. There are also 2 new electric car chargers here so if you have an electric car you can charge while you eat.

Dirty location. Had to ask to clean my table floors covered in food and debris. Staff cleaning the floor with a broom without moving the seats so essentially moving a few chips and leaving half a meal behind. I ordered a item without cucumber and shock horror even with the label stating no cucumber there was thick pieces in it. They did replace it after I requested help from talking staff members. Using the toilets as I left was a horror. Explosive motions remained in the toilets no fresh. And no toilet rolls the did have hand soap.And then as I left a staff member began moving over the food on the floor. Will avoid in the future

Overall good experience, food was good, could have been quicker but they were busy in the restaurant and on drive through so not unexpected. Toilets could have done with being a little cleaner, that's the reason for the 4 stars.

Problems with drive through today, not sure what was happening but took about 15 minutes from ordering food until receiving it. Only 4 cars in the queue so I guess there was a staff shortage or technical issue this was around 815am. Just a couple of standard breakfast meals so no special order required. Staff pleasent and food was hot , probably just a bad day.

Poor layout for drive through blocking people getting in and out of static parking spots. The self order system is chaotic (and not very responsive) post ordering people get in each others way due to lack of space to stand and wait. Staff were good however.

Never seems very busy (maybe I've just been lucky when I've visited) resulting in faster than average service. Good parking with clear signage. Click and collect was particularly quick the last time I visited. The food and prices are the same as every single other McDonalds so you know what you're getting. If you like McDonalds, you'll find this is a great example...

This place has got to be without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. I’ve been here about 3 times over the past couple of months and every time it’s the same thing, a drive thru closed for no apparent reason, stood inside for forever waiting for your food for no apparent reason and either your hot food comes stone cold or your ice cream is half melted.this isn’t happening when it’s busy, this is 9:00/10:00pm with very little customers. The place is a joke, a joke that’s not funny.

Used to love popping in here between 2006- 2010.During the wettest summer ever (2007) it took me 5hours to drive from here to the #M4 junction, it was the last day of the school term, and according to a radio news bulletin children had to be let out of the classroom windows and put into boats in the playground.Anyway, today's visit I enjoyed a coffee and an apple pie for £2
