N.J. Food Street in Basingstoke and Deane

Ordered online for delivery at 4:18. It still hadn't been delivered 1hr 20mind later. Ended up talking to someone on the live chat for 20 minutes more. Then received a message to say it had been cancelled. I have to wait 3-5 working days to get my money returned. Will not use them again.

Ordered Pizza and Chicken wings, Pizza was cooked perfectly and chicken was tasty definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered a chicken burger meal from here the other day, came exceptionally fast within 15-20 min. The delivery driver was very kind and friendly. The food came warm and was by far the best fast food in and around basingstoke. The wings were juicy and flavoursome whilst the burger was very tasty. Would definitely recommend and buy from here again!

Avoid this place at all costs. New to the area so thought we'd try this place out. Ordered three 1/2 peri-peri chicken and received it in kitchen foil. The chicken appeared as though it had been reheated. It was dry, tastless and overall an unnpleasant experience. Also ordered the fried chicken wings and large fries, both tasted horrible as if they were cooked in old oil. For anyone reading, I would save your money and go elsewhere. Owner/manager please get in touch as I want a refund for my complete order!

Have ordered on a number of occasions with no issues and brilliant service, however tonight was the exception. Ordered before 8pm, order was accepted but nearly two hours and numerous attempts to contact the vendor, I was told the order had been cancelled. No notification was received. Now having to find something for dinner and will be eating much later than anticipated. Evening ruined and now waiting for refund. Won't be ordering from NJ Food Street again.

Ok, first time customer. Shop was a bit grubby, and shabby looking. Ordered a mixed kebab and chips. Staff were friendly but the guy cooking kept sprinkling some powder stuff over the meat, every few minutes. Then painting some kinda sauce on, seemed a bit strange for a normal kebab.I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted it, really nice flavour and a nice spicy bite. Chips were a bit limp, but were hot and tasted fine. Will definitely get again next time I'm in the area.

Had to wait a little longer for the food to be delivered. Just over 70mins or so.. but was worth the wait.. ordered the kebab meat and chips. And a pizza.. yer good food tasty and not cold. Will order again.👍

Well , would love some explanation. Ordered the food around 17.00 pmand apparently it went all the way to Siberia " Russia".Guys seriously 3.30 hours and your line is busy?Please don't humiliate the shop and yourselves , talk at least with your customers. . .By the ways its 3.40 hours passed now, at least let me know you are not comingso I can start cooking.

First time using, we had four different meals and we were all happy.Update. 3 Times we've had food delivered and to be fair the food is really good. The 2nd time the 2 kebabs had the wrong salad and when I spoke to the manager he apologized and said they were really busy. Just tried them for a 3rd time and once again they didn't read the notes and the salad was wrong again and the burger was missing. They did sort this out quickly but I won't be using them again shame as the food is probably the best around

Recently moved to the area and wanted to try something new. Found this place and had the 'mega deal'... Originally 3 pizzas, hot chicken wings, garlic bread and bottled drink however, we managed to swap the garlic bread and drink for b+j ice cream with no extra charge. The delivery came and was still piping hot, pizzas were cooked to perfection, soft dough and the chicken was better than KFC. Would 100% recommend... Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you :)
