Papa John's in Basingstoke and Deane

Can't even take orders refusing custom not great clearly 🙄 never heard that 1 before

Got green peppers on pizza didn't order them, said be ready in 25mins went down there, waited another 25mins for it, I'm disappointed in papa john's,

There must be a malfunction with the coordination of the staff and the dips! Every time we order ‘extra dip’ and every time they forget it. Irritating more than anything but show a lack of attention

One of the pizzas was missing one of the toppings and also they sent the wrong dips .always used papa John's but not happy with response when I phoned them. Very unfriendly on phone .To be fair they sent out the correct dips with another driver but not much point 40 mins later unless you want cold pizza or warmed up in oven. Won't be ordering again as gave them benefit of doubt after previously found a hair on my pizza on last order.

OKAY! Here I go..We have always ordered from Papa Johns as the pizzas are always good 👍also as we pre order, the food is always hot. If it was delivered a bit late, its never been more than 10 minutes which is acceptable as the quality is still good.BUT OH MY GOODNESS tonight we pre ordered at around 9pm for delivery at 10.45pm.The app was notifying that it was on its way. Unfortunately the pizza didn't arrive until 11.40pm. We attempted to contact Papa Johns via telephone. Surprise surprise no answer as it was closed.Although the app informed us to enjoy our meal!!WHAT MEAL?We received a good will voucher for our order running late at 11.10pm so naturally we figured it would not be much longer. Oh how wrong we were. It was delivered at 11.40pm. Fair play to the delivery guy he was so apologetic,.But big disappointment with Papa Johns. Obviously the food was stone cold. Tomorrow morning I will definitely be demanding a full refund. Shame on you Papa Johns

Ordered two pizzas (from the menu, not some impossible make your own combination) at 8pm on a Tuesday. No major sporting events or similar that would explain the 1hr 15mins wait time. It's a 10 minute drive, so I fail to see how this can be explained.The pizzas did (eventually) turn up in the end, absolutely stone cold at past 9pm, which is exactly the time I want to be eating cold pizza. How did you know Papa Johns??!!I literally could have made my own pizza in this time (45mins for dough, 20 mins cooking time) or driven to Tescos, bought one and put it in the oven.With a new-born in the house, sometimes you just want something quick and easy; this was neither. I suspect this is the last time I place an order for COLD pizza with you guys.

Their customer service was great, but the pizzas tasted awful and were so expensive! The garlic dip was the worst thing I've ever eaten in my life. Will never eat a Papa John's pizza ever again!

Ordered at 5.00pm for 7.15pm delivery. Arrived 20mins late. Box was crushed so alot of topping was stuck to inside of lid. Dip in side order box had leaked. Both pizza and side order were not cooked enough. Will need to get their ratings up before I use them again. Very disappointed.

Very bad customer service, I believe that they don't make pizza for customers with that great respect and passion. Papa John pizza used to be known best for their quality of pizza. Now a days not that much topping and not even hot any more. Better to eat Fireaway pizza in town opposite to train station. Great service and amazing pizza 🍕

The food is amazing, it's always made really well and you can't beat the price, considering dominos charge you £20 for one pizza and papa John's will give you two, a side and a drink for that price.However;Food takes far too long to arrive.Food turns up warm at best, NEVER hot.When you ask the driver NOT to knock, and to call you when he/she is outside, they ignore it and hammer on the door - even when you write in the driver notes AND call the store to get reception to ask the driver.Such a shame
