Pizza Go Go Rg21 in Basingstoke and Deane

A joke!!! Asked me for adress and took my phone number and said driver will call you when there he didnt even take a food order now ive tried ringing 10+times wont awnser the phone not impressed .......

I would give a negative star if I could, couple times I have ordered from this branch and has been over an hour and a half late I call them and they tell me that it is put for delivery, 30-40 mins later it finally turns up basically in edible. Today I ordered a super pizza, two sides, extra dips and 2 bottles of drink and was charged for it but they gave me the wrong dips and didn't bring the drinks. They called to advise that I did not order drinks even though I had been charged for it. Will not order from from pizza go go's again because of this branch

The worse pizza ever, i order a medium veg pizza on the new year 2019 around midnight first bad thing they put on hold for 15 mins and i can hurd all the noise in the kitchen and all the conversation and i sad no probs new years and it's busy time! ! ! Finally i order my pizza and was very expensive and again i sad its new years no probs but the pizza was no nice at all and i eat any way becoz i was hungry around 5 clock in the Moorning wake up with a massive pain in my stomach it's a food poison then becoz of gogo pizza i had a bad new year start and stay in bed all day thanks god am still a life :((

Rude Staff, do not have the experience to talk to customers. Pizzas and kebabs do not seem to be fresh. Found hair in the pizza probably because their kitchen is filled with undertrained and unhygienic cooks.

Amazing survice, polite and quick delievery, food is always hot when arrived. Best pizza takeaway I've ever had. Thank you

Awwwwful service....avoid like the plague!! Driver called us to ask our address as he could not read the reciept. Then called us again 20mins later to ask where we lived again. Husband had to give him directions. Once he arrived he complained about how finding our house had wasted 50 mins of his life and handed my husband cold food. Called the store to complain who advised they could give 20% off next the one but if we wanted a refund we had to go through head office. Offered to send a new one but said it could take another hour!! Heated up the food ourselves so may aswell have bought a frozen pizza from the shops and cooked it...... would have probably tasted better too. 100% will not be ordering from here again or recommending to anyone.

Don't order from them! Order been delivered after an hour and toppings on the pizza were slid on the box, burnt, parts of the order were missing and driver was rude af. Called in and the service was ignorant. Took 2,5 hours to sort out the replacement. Ridiculous.

Delicious pizzas. Looks and tastes great.Super fast delivery. Value for money. Looking forward for my next order. Happy customer.

I didn't understand there menu choices which was my fault. The pizza was very good and the delivery was in good time definitely will use them again.

Terrible service, call once to make a delivery, puts the phone on the side halfway through the order and I can hear all that's going on, but doesn't pick the phone back up. Then, I call back, takes the order and then hangs up on me. Then I call back again and says, sorry, can't send order because I am too busy, it would take 2 hours. Then 1 hour later (after other food ordered), a cold, soggy despicably bad Pizza turns up for £15. Awful food, service everything. Avoid
