Pizza Hut in Basingstoke and Deane

Service was great, pizzas were tasty, welcoming atmosphere and staff were lovely especially Janaina who was an absolute delight to speak to. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!!!

Normally the food is great here but this time the pizza was a little on the greasy side. Staff however were friendly and very helpful

We booked a table at this restaurant for 1pm and waited to be seated for 30 minutes while tables were cleaned. I would have though having a booking service you would have tables ready for the number you reserved for. We then proceeded to order 4 buffets and the service of pizza replenishment was shocking to say the least one of our party only got 2 slices of pizza. And finally as part of the deal unlimited ice cream factory this would have been amazing had this worked. But as there was only one server i guess getting all customers to order online is more important than your customer service for all your customers. The main server did say she would rather just be going home to new customers that came through the door.

Good service, spacious and you can order online by scanning bar code mentioned on each and every table. Everything were contactless.Food was okay but hot chocolate for kid was too sweet and neither my kid nor I can drink it, so make sure to have less sweeter hot chocolate before placing an order (as orders are online).

An OK Pizza Hut Restaurant if you want a quick meal. Normally not very busy at non-peak times. Ordering is via an app/QR code on the Menu & delivery to your table is quite quick, so no hanging around. Don't forget the free salad as well! A good alternative if all the other eateries in Festival Place are busy/booked up.

We ordered a single pizza and it took a good amount of time for that to arrive, the environment is kinda rank with kinds snot and other substances all over the salad bar and what not, the pizza seemed very manufacturered, not nice

Good value for money restaurant! At first we were seated next to the window but the restaurant is situated inside the shopping center so anyone walking past would stare in at us so we decided to move tables! Salad bar had a good selection and the pizzas were delicious! Our waiter was also very friendly and helpful, will be visiting again if in the area.

Lovely meal out and didnt feel too cramped in. Amazing waiter that was very kind and on top of it all.

Was pretty impressed with this restaurant. Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years. The service was pretty quick and the staff friendly. You can order online which makes it easier to pay. The food was tasty. The temporary salad wasn't great as you basically have a choice between coleslaw, potato salad or salade leaves. The flatbreads were tasty and surprisingly filling.

The starters, the pizza and the dessert tasted fine. However, they were not upto my expectations. The service also was not that great. The staff got my starters wrong, so I was a bit disappointed with the staff service
