First visit and the food was first rate. The service was a little small, but we was told that they was short staffed. That was OK as we were in no rush. We enjoyed the food and the service was very friendly and I will be happy to go again

We always use Saffron Tandoori and have done since we moved here. We have always said it’s the best around. But the last takeaway we had on Saturday was very disappointing. When we ordered it they said 1 hour and 20 mins no problem that was just after 6 when we made the call. We actually got our meal around 9ish. And the meal was cold…..really not good your better than this.

Been here a few times now. Amazing food, service and staff are friendly and helpful. Always look forward to eating at the Saffron. Worth the 5 stars.

Don't recommend for a delivery and you should check what you got before you pay.We ordered the food for delivery on Saturday evening, I know it might be a busy time of the week, but we waited for the delivery for 2 hours. Also we had 2 missing items. I contacted the restaurant, but no response...It is not acceptable.

Best curry house in Basingstoke!We have tried pretty much every curry house. This one happens to now be our local.Staff always friendly and welcoming.Food always amazing.I was given a complimentary large cobra beer with my order yesterday, which you obviously shouldn't expect but we have been coming a while now and it just shows how nice the staff are here.Can't recommend this place enough.George.

Outstanding! Warm welcome from host who we later found out was the owner. Had a chat with him whilst waiting for our food and he just seemed like such a genuine and lovely person. Spoke with his brother who also works there and he was just as friendly. Offered complimentary drinks whilst waiting for our takeaway. Food was brought out by the head chef and he was just as nice as the brothers/owners! Food was amazing! Could not find a single thing out of place with the food or their hospitality! They are lovely people and have unbelievable food and service! I will definitely dine here once restaurants reopen. Couldnt thank them enough. Top guys with top food. Wish you guys all the success, you truly deserve it!
