Sainsbury's in Basingstoke and Deane

I like Sainsbury, bakery so nice. Sainsbury a good shop, some staff so lovely and helpful, some not friendly, but I still always shop in Sainsbury.

Barbara on the cigarette counter is the rudest thing everShe ruins my whole day everytime she serves meShe shouldn't be put on a customer facing role. Her attitude is disgusting.

RE. DELIVEROO ORDERSI’ve tried ordering via DELIVEROO and three times over not many more orders I have not received my complete order.STRANGELY the missing items are always high value and small - ie ; cigarettes, but I have had meat and cleaning products also go missing.Sainsburys are fabulous with in store shopping, the staff are lovely and will go the extra mile to help with anything you need , so I can only imagine there’s a disconnect with the DELIVEROO side of things.Just as a reminder CHECK YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE THE DELIVEROO DRIVER LEAVES!!Theft is still theft when something goes missing between the store you have ordered from and your home! Always report to DELIVEROO and hopefully they can stop this happening in the future!

A small town centre Supermarket. Good for getting the basics but won't have specialist produce in stock. Avoid at peak times as they never open the regular tills and the self service queue is always heaving. Best selection of stuff for vegan and vegetarians in town though, partly due to it being the biggest supermarket in town. There is an argos in there now which is a nice little bonus.

In a great place, small but not too much, not crowded almost always. And a bit of everything for a daily shopping.

I think sainsburys is quite expensive for food, i only really go in here to look at the clothes for babies as they are lovely! Or grab a sandwish for lunch as they are so tasty! Just wish the clothing section was a bit bigger! Amd they didnt get rid of the cafe

I think the supermarket is wonderful, I just think the staff should be more friendly and willing to offer a good service. There are a lot of young people working there who are very unpleasant. Just today 1 employee laughed in my face when in all honesty she is the one who is inept. Anyway, I hope it doesn't lose its reputation because of the employees it has.

I always feel happy to visit this place. Loads of variety of fruits and vegetables.
