Starbucks in Basingstoke and Deane

I must say I try go regularly every morning between 7:15-7:30am. Young staff. But very pleasant and always have a smile. Service is very good. Andy

Great coffee - blonde roast is fantastic. Don't come for the view - it has to be one of the worst views from a café in the South of England. Just come for the coffee!

First time visit here, soulless venue, ordered a latte and a flat white, with the flat white being cold!! Exchanged without problem, but if using drive through, would have meant a return to get correct other!!!Won’t be rushing back

A lovely team of people, ordered a drink and drove off only to realise it didn't taste "normal".Went back immediately, asked for them to kindly make it again and they apologised unreservedly, making a fantastic drink! (Albeit 2nd time around ;)

I have been a couple of times here, the team are always so nice and polite, Kyle is great, always smiling and making people feel welcome, I feel really comfortable here when I'm working :)

Love working from this Starbucks. The coffee and staff are always great. However, beware there is a 2 hour limited free parking. If you let the staff know you will be longer, then it can be extended (at no cost) but it isn't super obvious....and my wife got caught with a £60 fine for being 15 mins over... 1 star dropped for that.

Great coffee, still serving eggnog latte :) They always ask if you have any allergies. Love coming here coffee is delicious!

'Popped in' to grab a quick coffee. Order taken straight away but despite 6 staff waited a lifetime for it to be made. They seemed to be preoccupied with drive through and telephone orders. Defeated the object of a quick take out and two lattes still set me back £6.90! 😳

Good coffee, quiet so plenty tables free but oh my goodness, not a single table was cleared, even though the place was virtually empty. The only table to be cleared until we were just leaving (we were there over an hour) was the one a member of staff cleared because she was sitting there for her break.

Worst customer service ever in the world. Extremely rude and racing staff. Trrat you like you are nothing . They seems don't value business from people. Ordered chocolates java chip, it was one of the worst drink I had in Starbucks. Feels like I should have never come here and go to next door Greg's. Atleast they treat you nicely, talk to you nicely and make great tasting drink. I wish I could give negative stars from them. Never coming back again and also make sure none of my friend or family come down here to be humiliated.
