Subway in Basingstoke and Deane

Always great service and great food!

Online orderWhen the 2 subs arrived they was both wrong. One was toasted when clearly said not too, and then other missing half the ingredients, when we rang the restaurant they said they didnt have the missing ingredients in and added extra of other stuff we did not want, instead of contacting and asking if ok. The manager then spoke to me on the phone as was very rude about the complaints. Saying 'what do you want me to do about it'.He then offered a refund but then when I accepted insisted he remade the order instead. Would not order from this subway again.

Food was good as per normal. But there was a long queue as staff where doing online orders as well as serving customers.

Fast and friendly service and good value for money for fresh food, not everyone's cup of tea and it wasn't mine until a few years ago but now I love it!

Friendly staff, good food (for a Subway) and the ability to have it delivered make this Subway a nice little choice if you want something quick before shopping. Eating area is small though and so it can get busy during peak shopping times and key times during the day such as lunchtime. Toilet is ok but needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Always a hassle at this Subway. I visit Subways a lot and I swear the staff here have never been to another of the chain's restaurants as the service is so different (in a bad way). I always feel like I know more about how to make the sandwich or salad I'm ordering than the people working there - I've had to request cheese because it wasn't offered, ask for my chicken to be heated because it wasn't offered, guess alternative sauces because Caesar wasn't available and all I got was a blank stare. Can't use the Subcard for free sandwiches because they don't participate. Such a hassle. If another Subway in Basingstoke had free convenient parking I'd never visit this one again.

I've been here multiple times and I always have brilliant service, I'm served quickly the staff are friendly and the place always looks clean and tidy.

As a veggie I appreciate that they ask if you want them to change their gloves if they've handled meat. The veggie patty is lovely.

Nice place and friendly staff. Can be a bit slow and very tight on the fillings... Good food though.
