Environment: ☆☆☆☆☆Service: ☆☆☆☆Food: ☆☆I personally don't like the taste of the cooking as it doesn't taste authentic at all. In fact, I'm kind of disappointed at it. Please take note though, that my comment was based on my personal preference. The dining environment is however very comfortable.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Hampshire. Great Quality Food. Great service. Fantastic value for money. Delious Food. Highly recommend Mayflower to anyone.

So kind and careIng absolutely blown away.We went for my father in laws 80th Birthday, we quickly snuck in and put an 80 balloon and some confetti on the table, we then went back in the car park to wait for them so the decoration would be a suprise, we were only in the car park for another 5 minutes but when we returned to the restaurant they had decorated the whole area to make it even more special.Thank you so much we really enjoyed the food and the service was outstanding.

Regularly have the all you can eat buffet here on Sundays. Always great food and great service from a friendly team. Buffet is table service made to order so always hot and restaurant quality.

Went here for a lunch out. I've been here a couple of times before and it's quieter than the other Chinese in town so that's really nice. The food itself was really good and the cooking quality is consistently good every time I've been there but my favourite dish is crispy chilli beef and I did find the other place in town was better to here for that (most of the time however it can be inconsistent there). It's a nice place with good food and attentive staff however the portions you get for the money you pay doesn't quite add up for me. I would consider it more of a treat place to go, not for your average Chinese takeaway.

Just had dinner here with the family, 4 adults & 2 children. Food was the best I have ever tasted but the service that was just terrible. We left after 3 hours it was the slowest I have ever experienced. The restaurant was about 3/4 full I guess. I have never been ignored by the staff like this in my life 40 min wait between each course and at one stage we had finished all the main meal and the plates collected when they brought out the final dish half an hour later I would never go back and to add insult to injury my daughter had a large glass of Diet Coke poured from a 2 litre bottle for £6.60!You have been warned.......

Went here tonight for a meal on my brothers birthday. Really enjoyed the experience. The food was served hot as were the plates. Tasted fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Easy parking 50 yards away. Would highly recommend!

Super fresh and tasty food with excellent service. The Mayflower is my go to for takeaway but eating in raises the bar. Had a beautiful meal / evening on Friday.

We had a very enjoyable meal at the Mayflower for a group of 16 ex colleagues seated together at two large round tables. A mix of set menus D & E was a perfect combination and all the food was well prepared and excellent quality. Will definitely be back again.

Saturday lunch with our family was so yummy. Male waiter was welcoming and very accommodating. Excellent service and superb food. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back again. Soon hopefully. X
