Spot on! The food was great. We'll presented, Tasted good and good portion sizes. Staff were also attentive 👍. Will be going again, if just to get puppy dog used to pub! 😄

Good little pub, great place for a nice drink or some food. 2 dinners and a drink each was about 36£. Issue with one of the dinners (cold in the middle) sorted straight away by friendly staff, no issues but bit disappointing this happened.

Good menu and well cooked food. Excellent service. Highly recommend this as a lunch destination.

Cannot give enough stars for this pub. Always a warm and friendly welcome for us and our pooches who even get their own pot of treats. The food is delicious, hot and served quickly. Please support small businesses especially those doing their very best under challenging circumstances.

Went for Sunday lunch. There was a specials menu as well as the regular menu.We went for the roast beef from the regular menu and found it hard to clear the plate. Everything was cooked nicely and with so many different vegetables on the plate the taste buds got a good workout.We just managed a dessert between us.Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Really charming, small and quiet, perfect for enjoying a lovely classic pub meal.The lamb shank was so tender and tasty, I definitely recommend.

This is a lovely pub. The Sunday dinner is delicious and you get decent sized portions. The chicken Sunday dinner in particular comes with a large piece of chicken. The drinks are also nice and it’s a reasonably priced pub.

Wonderful secluded country public house in a delightful little village. Great food, good beer and some of the best customer service I have had in a public house for a very long time.. well worth a visit if you are in the area.. I will certainly be returning.
