The Riverdene in Basingstoke and Deane

Superb, very friendly atmosphere

From the outside it's a real mess. Unkept car park, weeds and long grass. Even the sign needs painting. If only they spent a bit of money on the appearance more people would go inside. If they make the outside nicer I will change my review. To most people it shouts ROUGH PUB. Not having a go at the staff but the appearance of this establishment is terrible probably the worst in Basingstoke.

It is a local pub, maybe more inclined towards the local community. We stopped for a drink after a long walk and enjoyed the outside tables. The quality and service are good. To be noted the show matches on TV.

It's a beautiful place always kept well and looks lovely and relaxing.

Lovely pub with fantastic staff. Great welcome today from Margaret who is in charge for a few weeks. Comfortable bar area with good selection of beers and wines. Worth a visit

Can only pay cash as its changed owners but I'd like to say its no fault of the staff as they are helpful and extremely friendly so 3 stars but only because u can't use card ill update when they can again great service brilliant to hear we can use card now so I've updated to 5 stars as ive mentioned the staff are excellent and very welcoming well done the riverdene staff

Great pub dog friendly good food

Yeah good place to have a beer even took part in the quiz tonight and it was fun even with the locals. We had some picky foods like wing's and cheesey chips and really nice chicken dippers. Worth a pop in if your up that way

Peaceful and out the way pub, mostly frequented by locals from the housing estate. Cosy atmosphere and sports on TV, staff are always friendly and decent if small range which is understandable as it is a smaller pub.Reasonable outdoor garden seating space, and a good quality fish and chips van sets up in the car park on Fridays (you're allowed to eat it in the pub)

LMS UK Basingstoke organised the Halloween party in this pub. The party was amazing. We had a lovely Scrumptious buffet, the funniest and craziest quiz and an amazing service and spookiest atmosphere. It's a great place to come. Enjoy. 🎵🎵🎵🍷🍷🍻🎶🌭🍖🍕💙💚👍❤
