Great Wagamams have been multiple times to dine in, food is always good very consistent, feels quite cosy under the archway and the atmosphere is nice but the music can be a tad loud.Had both takeway and delivery from here, aside from the collection being a bit shambolic, but the restaurant really isn't designed for long queues, no issues and the food was always top notch.

Food here is incredible and they even have an amazing selection for vegetarians/vegans, which is always great. I opted for the vegan ribs, which tasted mouthwatering and divine. As well as the vegan duck donburi, however I’m only a vegetarian and they happily supplied me with a regular egg. The only complaint I have was how expensive it is and feel they should offer a lunch time menu as it was almost as expensive as if you were to have dinner out.

Hadn't been to a Wagamamas in ages, mainly due to lockdown and the addition of small children. It was all good though, food as tasty as it used to be, was nice and busy, but food appeared quickly and the staff were friendly. No problem recommending!

Used to love this place. Sadly the last couple of times we've been has been awful. The staff just seem to ignore you. Walked in today stood there for 10-12 minutes whilst at least 8 members of staff walked past us and not a single one acknowledged us. I then demanded to speak to a manager who explained it was because they had too many takeaways to deal with. Shame they give that more priority than diners coming into the restaurant. We walked out and needless to say we won't be going back.

I ordered the takeaway 2 weeks ago, we are received the noodles is awful. I called the shop and the staff said it could be refund, But there was no refund.

I checked online from our hotel that they were open. The website gave clear instructions on opening times and no reservations. We hoped when we arrived that there would not be a long wait for a table. The host welcomed us at the entrance station, asked our choice of seating either next to each other looking out on to the walkway or facing each other, we choose face to face. As there were no seats, so we were seated on outside seats (10 minutes) till a table was available.I was impressed that they had taken my mobility into account when giving us the table ( I walk with 2 crutches). You have the option to order and pay through app at the table or place an order with a server. Our server took our order of chilli beef ramen and chicken (no prawns)Phad Thai.We also had banana katsu.I recommend this restaurant for service, price and the food was awesome. Thank you we will be back
