Chargoal grills deliveries to Kingsclere, their food is always good quality, their range of pizzas, burger and kebabs is always good, waiting times depends on how busy they are, but always polite and courtsey

2 minutes to take your money and 2 hours to deliver. No apology when we chased but after phoning them the offer of a ‘free can of drink boss man’. Quicker to catch, kill and cook than order delivery. Oh - kebab and burger were average at best.

Thoroughly enjoyed, everything was cooked perfectly and delivered very quickly. We had medium kebabs and they were huge. :)

Useless. Order a kebabs at 7.30.. currently 20.53 and still waiting... didn't even pay up front to try and keep it relevant. No such luck.Better off going to Overton.... don't waste your time or money...

Terrible- after snapping my front tooth on a bone in a chicken shish wrap months ago after being abused down the phone by the staff even though they had delivered the food to the wrong address, we stupidly decided to give them another try as part of a group order for convenience.Chicken shish wrap ordered, lamb shish delivered which looked disgusting, and went straight in the bin as I don’t eat lamb. So many horror stories about this place. Avoid. I will never order from here again. One star is one star too many. Don’t say I didn’t warn you !

If you pay cash... You get the order with 20/30 minutes within ordering. If you pay by card on ordering.. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your kebab!And when is does turn up it is bloody cold! Go to Overton x

Very good best charcoal grill I've been too very good customer service in store and delivery. only bad points are cash only and how they put the food in the takeaway box wish it was mixed a bit but that's no big deal.

First time ordering food arrived fast and hot.I would stay away from the chicken donner fill if fat and gristle with no flavour the chips are poor quality and tasted old and refried. but on the other hand the chicken for the chicken kebab was tender and had a great flavour. Also My daughters pizza was really good and she finished it all.Would recommend some items and definitely not others.

Very disappointing first order. The chips were soggy and were mixed up in with the sauces. The chicken wings were very dry and were not breaded like how it's usually done in other places. And the portion of the kebab was small for a large order, the salad taking up half of the container space. It seemed like it was hastily put together from frozen food.
