Costa in Bracknell Forest

Not that great,left standing around waiting on my drink whilst others got served and given their drinks. Staff didnt seem to comprehend when spoke too,very disappointing!!

Not impressed. Found staff to be super unhelpful and we left.

Amersham branch, visit most Thursday mornings, both of the morning crew are brilliant, very sociable and gifted coffee makers, excellent service from multi talented, multi skilled people.

Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the queuing time never seems to be longer than a few minutes, even when it's busy. Click & collect orders are really efficient and are usually ready to collect in just a few minutes. Plenty of seating and the large windows make it feel very bright and open.

Really nice place and nice staff, cannot remember when I drunk such nice coffee in Costa ( those from machine are not the same). Sandwich was good and juice amazing, long waiting time, but worth it.Toilet is in good place, and tables make a lot of sense. In general, it's really nice place and much warmer experience than competition around.

AVOID! Dont waste your money at this branch!Being an ex costa employee it really annoys me how bad this store is. Its not just one occasion but every time I have been in there. My first issue was they charged me 3 times for oat milk (I went back three times and said this isn't oat milk) they remade my drink with blue, then tell me after the third time making it they dont even have any oat milk (I was still an employee at this point so i was shocked but keep my cool) and they didnt even offer me something else just kepy charging me for oat!!! And no i didnt get a new drink or my money back i gave up and left! Theres an older lady who works there, she is very very rude. She made my drink and I saw the thermometer go upto 200!!! I saw and asked kindly please that will burn me I asked for “not to hot” at 135 degrees.. 150 being brand standard. She then tells me thats standard so I kindly said I actually work for costa and thats definitely not brand standard and the milk would be burnt and would burn my mouth.. but i could go on and on. I definitely will not be going back to this store as every time its awful, thankfully I have found a new store at tesco in wokingham. They are the best!
