Domino's Pizza in Bracknell Forest

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with 2 sides and cookies at 20:25 and at the time of writing this (21:43) the food is still not delivered. I call up dominos and ask where my food is and they guy tells me it’s been delivered. Of course this is not the case and puts me on hold and calls the driver. He then goes on to say that the food is 15 minuets away. When asking why is has taken so long he states that it’s because lack of drivers…not my problem. I inform the guy that he has taken payment within seconds knowing there is a problem with delivering goods. I have asked what can be done and been informed a full refund will be given but will take 5 working days. Absolute disgrace of a “fast food” restaurant. Would not recommend save the time make your own dough and cook your own pizza at least it will be hot

Ordered from here on the 18th March. Claimed they delivered food which never turned up. Called to get a refund, the manager took details and promised refund within 5 working days. 10 days later still no refund. Ring up and ask for the manager but get passed to the topping guy as the manager didn't want to take a call regarding any complaints. Eventually get through to the manager Andrew, who had the attitude of a stroppy teenager, and was hung up on twice as I was 'boring him'. Would love to know how these people become managers in the first place as there is clearly zero training involved.

The rudest people I have come across and reading other reviews it seems fairly common. Missed items on order fail to take any responsibility or apologise as doing a favour to supply food bought. Worth avoiding.

I’m sharing my Very Bad experience with using Bracknell Domino’s Pizza on 22 High Street, Bracknell, RG12 1LL. As I wasn’t sure if anyone read reviews! But if anyone reads this Waste of Time Pizza Takeaway service- Take my advice Use only if you Want to Waste money on a delivery that never arrives, although they are very happy to take payment for the order that never turned up! Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Rude, very unprofessional, unhelpful manager who dose less than nothing to try an resolve the Frustrating issue of paying for a pizza that never arrived, but is very professional in talking BullSh💩t over the phone when calling up enquiring abt a Lost, maybe never made Pizza & Side. If you are looking for a Waste of Time service, Poor customer service, Disgruntled service, and using a takeaway service that is quick to take your card payment, Lot slower in delivering your order, or not delivering at-ALL, even less quicker on returning your almost £25 taken for order that never arrives. Never received my order. Put in instructions to deliver because the automated postcode reads a farm location next door. Couldn’t even get refund. No one called me. This is the last time I order from this place.

Second time I have ordered and food just hasn’t shown up despite saying delivered on the tracker. Then have to wait 3 weeks for a refund, after chasing it up.

Ordered pizzas with wings on 24th Jan and was delivered minus wings. I was told by the delivery guy they'd run out... Ok, no issue and they'd refund me. 1 month later and multiple calls some of which they hung up on me and they still haven't refunded .Complete lack of service and a couldn't care less attitude. If I could give them minus stars I would!!Avoid them at ALL COSTS!!!

Over an hour wait for delivery. Cold pizza and an £8.99 wedges and chicken box that is supposed to feed for contained about 10 wedges and 6 nuggets. Arrogant driver too. Shouldnt have to Microwave it. They do not answer the phone as another reviewer mentioned. Disgusted. Won't order from this Dominos ever again. Go elsewhere

Just awful. They forgot 1 pizza when they delivered the next one no one rang the doorbell so just decided to leave it on doorstep. So was cold when found. Got yelled at by staff on phone, n hung up on. Never got refund they said I would get WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Ordered 2 pizza's 2 sides and everything turned up burnt and in a right state - called to complain and they put us on hold for ages then offered 50% off the next order, said no and we need to return the food for a refund - what a joke
