Ordered here a few times now and haven't been anywhere else since. Have ordered as a couple and with other family members too. Everyone has always enjoyed every meal every time. 5*

Excellent Chinese restaurant in Sandhurst. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. 5* and would highly recommend.

Chicken balls seem like thay was yesterday balls that thay put in the deep fryer again!Ribs was hard and dry and fatty.Normaly thay are not bad . But will not be ordering again. Not impressed.

As a Chinese person I am always hesitant to order delivery/take away Chinese food. Since Empress Garden is a restaurant I thought it would be decent but it really wasn't. The chicken satay from the starters section was tolerable and looked like chicken wings. The Malaysian beef and chicken satay sauce dishes weren't the flavour I was expecting. The roast pork and duck dish was dry and food not seem fresh either.

We ordered the set meal for two takeaway this evening. Delivery was prompt and the portions extremely generous. The food arrived hot and very tasty. We have never bought from Empress Garden before but will certainly be coming back in the future.

Ordered tonight for the first time ever. Food was really good and came quicker than we expected! I hadn’t even had a chance to get a tip out before my daughter opened the door!!! Absolutely brilliant especially when you throw in the mix of good food delivered quick, we have someone they had to accommodate for with an allergy! Well done !

We came here for the first time today, on a Sunday evening and totally enjoyed it. The service was so polite ,friendly and professional. Even with so many people ordering takeaways and only one lady serving both orders and the restaurant, at no point did you feel ignored. Super awesome service.and the food was really great.ordered the mixed starter option and the chicken and beef chow mein and everything was awesome.all in all great meal out and will definitely be coming again :)

Sunday 28th July my family and I went for a meal here. 4 adults,teenager and a 6 year old. We were seated and decided we didn’t want the all you could eat and ordered from the normal menu. We ordered water for the table as we wanted to order food before drinks. After ordering about five minutes in the rather rude lady came back and said because our order came to £49 and was less than £10 per person she can’t serve us but we can order it as a take out???? We were gobsmacked. There were 6 people in restaurant and loads of empty tables plus this isn’t a top notch restaurant with a minimum order. I asked to see where it said it on the menu and she showed me. It said 10% surcharge not £10 minimum charge per person. She refused to serve us unless as I said we ordered it as a take out. Well they’ve lost our custom and will NEVER go back due to rudeness. Our bill would of been double once we ordered our drinks but you snooze you loose. Very weird way of treating customers and your business.

Most of the starters were like the battered, frozen stuff you buy from the Chinese supermarket. Obviously not freshly prepared. And before we ordered we were told we'd have to pay more if we ordered more than we could eat. Disappointed. It used to be good here. Sweet and sour chicken and mushrooms were nice.
