Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Bracknell Forest

The staff were very nice. As far as I could make out there were three people showing diners to tables, taking food and drink orders at the bar and delivering to table. They were very efficient and service was quick. My Rocket Man burger was very nice and the Chipotle mayo went well with the skinny fries.

Love a GBK but especially this branch. Food is always tasty and the staff are really attentive. Quick service.

We visited here yesterday (05/05/22).I had the classic chicken panko burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was very dry and bland. The sweet potato fries were a little overcooked (they were quite hard).My partner had the classic cheeseburger with skinny fries and homemade coleslaw. The coleslaw was awful! (Bland, old vegetables used). The burger was tasty.The customer service was very good!

The worst GBK franchise in the UK. Food stone cold. Delivery over 3 hours. Missing items in £100 order. Refused to issue refund. Burger cooked incorrectly. Fries - lumped and stone cold. Shakes in the other hand - warm… terrible terrible experience :(

Awesome burgers, always a great size and the topping choices and combos are unlimited. Katsu burger, Californian and Taxi Driver are some of my personal favourites.Pretty surprised they have closed so many branches, but they did remove their lunch menu when it was originally £6 for mini burger and drink.Whatever their issues, they are consistent with the burgers!

I’m a big fan of GBK, the quality and the taste are excellent every time, never had an issue. Specifically to this location, I’d like to praise the staff, very kind and friendly. It’s a pity that Major Tom is not available anymore, but any other option won’t disappoint you. Keep up the excellent work!

A very pleasant midweek dining experience. Great variety of options that are more than "just a burger". Vegetarian options available too.Good range of drinks; I very much enjoyed the low alcohol beer I ordered to go with my food.Almost a 5 star but a couple of minor "niggles" -- we were there rather late so perhaps I should return at an earlier time to see again?

I how deeply embarrassed I felt today having a conversation about a problem she came to me with, a burger that was out of stock yet I was able to order it online,firstly secondly I was asked to pay more money to issue said burger in adult size or she refunds my money.Since when does this happen pay? pay for an adult sized burger when the shop has run out of children size burgers.. where does the company come off expecting me to pay for a problem that was not mine in the first place and second place because stock had run out nobody updated the website and and order came through.  I am disgusted at the fact the they were disagreeing to allow an adult burger patty to be used instead of the required children's burger..I expect more from what the prices are charged for a meal that the company use the funds they get to train their staff properly  on customer service.If that were me and I was the manager I'd apologise to the customer and say they burger will be bigger than expected as they had run out in the kitchen. Rather be looking at it then for it... the woman in charge who refused to give me her name said she would refund my money after I had paid for the childrens meals on line... all the while waiting to feed my Littleones.It has been over 45 minutes and the meal has just come out.Shocking.Ontop of that, we were seated with menus and nobody came to tell us how to order our meals. I had to go up to the bar to ask and they said to order with the qr code.1. I am expecting an answer as to why I am expected to pay for an item that was available online to order.Then the chicken tenders didn't live up to their name either. Nothing tender about them.avoid this branch.

After a long time we managed to get a girly night last Friday at GBK, I booked a table and they have us one of the nice booths at the side, loved it. We love going there as the staff is very nice and the food always delicious. All Covid measures were in place, all waitresses and kitchen staff were wearing masks and they were cleaning non stop. Feels safe to be eating there. I can only recommend it!
