Great Wall Chinese Take Away in Bracknell Forest

It's a very good basic Chinese. Its our "go-to" place for delivery. Never had a problem with phoning-in our order.

Bracknell does not have ONE decent chinese, every single one has either poor hygiene ratings or poor quality food. All this town needs is just one decent place to open and give the rest of them a good kick up the backside. Great Wall is basic, nothing great in fact buy the chinese food at Marks and Spencers and cook it yourself, half the price and much tastier until Bracknell gets a proper chinese like every other town in the country just cook yourself its much safer this way.

Stunning takeaway food!! Eyebrows who takes th orders wud make a classic 'baddie!' In kung fu films!!.. ask him 2 frown!!?.. GnD.. Ascot.. BEST DAMN CHINESE FOOD THIS SIDE OF THE GREAT WALL!!!..

Tried here for the first time unfortunately the food was swimming in grease the chicken balls could of done with being cooked for longer they were just on the edge of being cooked and the pork balls were inedible by being over cooked and was like leather

Food has always been great but I think this establishment needs to recognise that if a member of staff is rude and unpleasant you won't be back...we won't be back!

Nice take awayOrdered and was ready to collect 10mins later. Free car park, but used by several shops so can get busy.Enjoyed the main meal, but not the sweet and sour sauce.Would order again.

Very bad customer service. They guy on the counter don’t have a manner how to deal with customers and don’t want to listen what customer want. Very rude. Never ever going to order from here.

Best Chinese takeaway in Bracknell, the only negative is it takes ages to get through on the phone for delivery, hence why it is quicker to actually go there and order.Food is always great quality and the staff are friendly.

The food is very nice but unfortunately for them the man who answers the phone seriously needs some training in manners and customer service. When your food has been out for delivery for over 40 minutes (yes left the shop 40 minutes ago) it's not on and your supposed to be apologetic not rude and sarcastic. Remember fella that it's not the customers fault you guys messed up. Hes rude and let's them down. Unfortunately I will be finding a new Chinese from now on.
