Herbie's in Bracknell Forest

Always order the kebab pizza . Juat received tonight's order yuk . Covered in chunks of tomatoes all over the top . This is not the norm and isn't supposed to be or listed as a topping why have you ruined my pizza ???

Chargrilled chicken pizza was tasty and food was hot, however during busy period waiting time can be quite long.

The quality degradation is palpable. Frozen cheap doe with no taste, cheap and small portions of ingredients associated with high price. Be careful their offers, you may end up spending more.I gave 1 star only for fast order ready/delivery, the rest should be zero.

I have used this store for about 20 odd years and it used to be amazing, the hotbite was the king of pizzas, and the garlic bread heavenly. Alas, over the last 5 years or so it has gotten hit and miss, but in the last 2 years it is almost always a massive miss or an 'ok'. Toppings are not very generous and most pizzas now taste of cheese and tomato, even the once mighty hotbite. Considering a pizza is far from the cheap option and there is so much competition this is not great. With regret following our last order I will no longer use Herbies. Sad times.

Herbies Pizza in Bracknell has the BEST pizza! We've never been disappointed by them. I'm glad they don't overload the tomato sauce like other pizza places do, I can't eat those types. Herbies is always generous with the toppings, too. I have trouble believing the negative reviews on here. We've stuck with Herbies for a few years now and never had a problem with any food. It makes you wonder if the negative reviews are just rival companies paying people to write bad stuff. Well done, Herbies!

Me and my partner have always ordered from Herbie's for years and we ordered pizza today and 1 it looked like one of the pizzas had been dropped on the floor and 2 apparently they do not come with garlic and herb dips anymore not that we was told this on the phone or we would have ordered them. When we called up to query this the guy was so rude basically told us to bring the pizza back and he will make a new one and told there is no dips and pretty much sent packing. It's a shame because we love the pizza from there but that was enough to put us off every buying from there again

Sorry Herbies, your pizza is fine but your service is terrible.I recently called to order 4 pizzas for collection - I said I’d pay cash on delivery. This is totally typical fast food ordering style, right?Apparently not for Herbies. They asked for my home address, phone number and card details, even though I said I’d pay cash. They said because they’d never received an order from the number I was calling on they required this information... okay!We promptly ended that conversation and ordered pizza elsewhere.They also have collection deals in store but not online, and won’t tell you what they are over the phone.Will be avoiding in future.

To be fair the pizza is so good, golden cheese beautiful toppings and amazing cheesey crusts with..wait what HAIR!! Jeez thought hair in food was somthing you only see in the movies nothing worse than chomping down on the cheesy crusts and a long black hair connecting though 3 slices ew how can you miss that! Nothings been done about it either waste of money ew Herbies more like Herpes

The best customer service representatives EVER! I found out about this place about a week ago, and I called in today and yesterday, the guy (or young boy as it sounded to me) on the phone was so good, he sounded like he knows what he was doing and he went through the order to make sure it was correct. I've ordered from them last week as my first go, and the girl got me so confused in the end I had to cancel the order, so I thought I'd try again.In terms of pizza quality, toppings looked like they were thrown on top of the base, but the products seemed quite fresh so we enjoyed our pizza and it was not bad, pretty average.The delivery man was actually the worst experience, both times we got it delivered by the same man and he just shove the pizzas up my face and asked for cash. I tried to contact the store back and I asked for the boy's name so I can recommend him but he told me he can't tell me due to privacy policy. Not sure whether I'd be ordering again just because of their customer service though, it just doesn't seem enough.

Used to love this pizza. The quality seems to have dropped (perhaps cost cutting by new management?). Stopped going after poor customer service. Was charged £10.99 for a large Hawaiian, but charged £2 more for a large pizza which was half Hawaiian and half Margarita. I protested that I was a regular customer and that it was bad service charging me more for fewer ingredients. They allowed it the first time, but when I had the same argument the following week I decided to call it a day.
