Hot Wok in Bracknell Forest

I hate complaining but the meal I ordered was tastless I don't think any chines ingredients such as soy or oyster sauces were used or garlic and ginger, I don't know why Hot Wok has become so bad they used to be one of the best in Bracknell howev÷ I won't be ordering again

I’m not too sure what is worse, their food or their service … We ordered with an estimated time of 30-40 mins, an hour and a half later we received the complete wrong order. This was corrected with another 30 minute wait and then we discovered we were missing parts of our order, this item them took another 45 minutes to get to us. When we called the restaurant the call taker he didn’t offer a refund or money back and thought it was amusing.Would not recommend.

Arrived quickly, chow mein delicious but the sweet n sour chicken was inedible.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, ordered from Deliveroo a chicken and mushroom soup, chicken in oyster sauce and chicken with sweetcorn. The chicken was really sloppy like it was raw, my partner thought it was fish at first. Every mouthful I had to think twice. Never again from top wok Bracknell. Total shocker. I’ve already let Deliveroo know

Worst food I've ever eaten. Everything was swimming in grease and inedible. If you check their food hygiene it is 2 out of 5 ... DISGUSTING !! AVOID!!

Message for Dennis the Young girls you have working in the take out specially the one working on Wednesday 27th October she was very rude, half a sleep, didn't really know how to use a PDQ machine. I had two voids. It's a joke don't give your take out a good name having poor customer service.

Ordered a take away last night on the 28th September.The meal was awful ribs barley editable and the beef and black bean container wasn't even a quarter full ended up spending £20 tried to contact them but had no response. i rang up today to complain a women picked up and said there was nothing they "could do" which is awful customer service when they haven't delivered the product they are selling to the correct standard.. i will be waiting for management to reply back to my email as this is terrible service Pictures below...

Terrible experience from this place. Waited an hour for food . Called to see where the food was and they told me that they did not know. This was then followed by being told it had been sat on the side for an hour. I asked for a refund which was refused. I argued a refund and was told to 'f off'. I still have no refund. They then tried to deliver the food 2 hours after ordering. I sent the food away. Never had such poor rude service in my life. I can't believe that I am fighting for a refund when they should be offering it given the very poor, rude service. I will never order from here again.
