It’s always great to enjoy a lemon drizzle on a Saturday afternoon in M&S cafe.

Took my grandson for lunch. Childrens deal of sandwich, drink, snacks and drink. Good value. Lovely clean, bright area.

I think they need more staff clearly run off there feet. Today arguing in front of customers. They added 2 extra sausage baps to my order when the order was bought to the table and I explained there is three of us we all ordered different things and only one sausage. She aggressively asked to see my receipt which I wasn't given. I explained I thought it was expensive. Then said I obviously paid for 3 to which point she just walked off. We finished our lunch and walked back over to the cashier. The same serving lady pretended I wasn't there. So I got the attention of the cashier who totally agreed a mistake had been made and excepted I needed a refund for 2 bapsI won't be going there again in a hurry

Great views from the cafe

Place is clean, staff are nice. Our iced coffee were lovely. However, my partner bacon roll was tiny for what it was, about half the size of a saucer. My cheese and ham toastie was not a toasties, the bread was still bread and it was more like a warm spongy sandwich.For the cost I'd expect more, expensive for what it was
