McDonald's in Bracknell Forest

This used to be a good all round McDonalds bit of recent times it’s run down, poorly maintained, always slow, often overcooked or cold food servedThey nearly always have a massive queue that blocks people trying to get onto the parkAnd since Just Eat and Uber Eats etc have become popular, the restaurant has becoming a Slow Food RestaurantNo App integration, car park is too small and very poorly maintained, it needs a good patch or two or tarmacIt is in desperate need of a complete refurb, but not sure if that will happen as the locals seem unhappy about that, yet the refusal to have a makeover is leading to bigger congestion problems.I hope they can sort it out, but I wouldn’t hold my breathIt’s a shame, but I try to avoid it if I can help

Awkward parking set up forcing you to join the drive through queue until you reach the entrance at which point you can branch off to the car park. Then you have to pass back through the two lanes of traffic to enter the building.Aside from that it’s a standard McDonald’s, although they did forget to put napkins in the take away bag.

Always they have run out of something, either a drink, food or dessert. Twice in a row, they did my burger wrong! I asked for extra onion and they removed all the ingredients and put me just 4 pieces of onion!

bought a festive chicken burger for my missus and a beef burger for me. Went by the car park next to the lake to eat in the car. Half a way eating there was a dead fly in my missus burger and on going back to show it to the manager he said " kitchen doors are open so it happens because fly flies" and gave £4 cashback which we paid £5.14 for. Very professional gentleman. He needs a promotion. So if anyone finds a fly in their McDonald's meal don't be surprised because that's normal in this McDonald's.

I went to McDonalds today with my two young children. This is a review for Patricia. I ordered 2 happy meals, with cheeseburgers. When I sat to eat, both boxes had chicken nuggets in them. As I was getting back up to change this, Patricia came over and asked if there was anything she could do to help. I explained and 2 seconds later she was back with burgers for my girls. She was lovely, friendly and chatty. She was delivering orders to customers, cleaning tables and the floor, all with a friendly smile and warm conversation. Thank you Patricia.I will say the staff behind the counter could have been a bit more respectful of their customers. Complaining openly in front of customers, shouting across the diner and getting orders wrong, but Patricia was brilliant.

Long queue at the drive thru.. got served reasonably quickly which was nice however my Big Mac was chucked together and was in a proper state when I opened it up. It’s a fine balance between delivering ‘fast food’ and ‘rushed food’

Decent McDonald’s, core hours the queue for car park/drive thru can be busy.Good service and usually taste freshly prepared. Busy location food usually turns around quickly.Sometime I have noticed they do not always participate in the specials on offer at other branches.

They gave our drive through order to someone else but didn't bother to check why we were still waiting. Eventually we had to go back to the desk and they gave us a bag of food. After driving off, we realised only half the order was there and had to return. Whole process took 30 minutes for cold food. Not exactly fast food.

A good branch overall, seemingly clean, quite well organised, with fresh meals. Getting through by car can take ages though, not helped by Deliveroo etc drivers parking outside on the double-yellow lines, blocking traffic.

A good place in a quiet little area. It would be hard to find if not for the big Mac logo. It has a child's play area too. The place is well maintained and clean. The layout is good. The staff were friendly and quick to respond.
