Mcdonalds Bracknell High Street in Bracknell Forest

Ordered McDonald's via uber eats it arrived and as per usual no sauces for the nuggets even though on the app it says what sauces so i pick 4 curry sauces ,so I call up mds and explain this to be told by a member of staff that I need to take this up with uber eats ,my reply is uber don't pick the orders your mds staff do so how when it's on the receipt are your staff missing items off ,how is that uber eats fault

Ordered a caramel mcflurry and ended up with a creme egg mcflurry. I like mcdonalds but today I was left feeling a little disappointed. I hope this won't happen again.

Efficient and happy staff. Great table service. Did not see anyone cleaning the touch screens. Tables cleaned as soon as customers left the table. Overall, highly recommended.

I think it’s fair to say we all love Mc D’s but unfortunately I imagine that the top boss (The Clown) he’s been allocating stars to un deserving suspects in the wrong departments ie The distribution of nuggets with dips department lexicon and wild ridings .Should you go through to any of the fast food delivery services, I won’t advertise for them but we all know the name.You cannot purchase any nuggets without having to tick a box every single time, yet time after time nothing turns up. Anyway without rambling on I have sussed it, be careful BracknellIf you all remember the advert,it’s not the clown giving out stars that’s at fault, it’s the saucy ham burglar that’s the problem

Oh how disappointing this place is, the service or food is never the same. Yesterday the food was poorly assembled and today my iced frappe didn't have the ice crushed property, getting big chunks stuck and half undrinkable but it was too late to go back from lunch. I don't think there was a time we actually said it was a great experience, but is conveniently located.

Today McDonald's was very very busy and we came in as a family of 6 and we went upstairs to sit as it was very busy. All staff we're very busy making sure everything was clean and tidy well done to u all.however we had a member of staff help us tonight who went above and beyond.Massive shoutout to Adam B who went the extra mile to keep myself and family happy and took it upon himself to go and get our chips after we waited 15 minutes for them as our burgers had arrived 15 minutes earlier and upon myself eating my large chips I found a hair half way into my chips and he immediately said would u like me to get you some more. And I said yes please im happy for a medium as I had eaten some of my large chips but he came back with another large chips and was very apologetic. Great member of your team... I ordered a jam muffin and some hash brown. The muffin was burnt and the hash browns were undercooked. Why would you send the food out like that?Pregnant women have cravings and these cravings need to be satisfied :( You failed Mc Donald's at the Lexicon.

The restaurant looks great, modern and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful but it was very slow service and the tickets weren't available from the self service order and the space for order collection was very busy because of the slow service also the home deliveries were being run from the same place, this made it difficult not only to get to the counter but couldn't here when my order was announced, small area too many people! Upstairs wasn't open and seating downstairs was almost full and didn't feel comfortable amongst so many people during pandemic etc. Seats at the window are not made for sitting on for long found the position uncomfortable after a while. Food was generous, more than other establishments but more effort needed as my wrap fell apart which was annoying.Overall thumbs up 👍🏽

An employee was standing just inside the doorway and told us that downstairs was crowded and that there was more room upstairs - very helpful. We ordered at the counter and asked for table service; this meant that we could find somewhere to sit and the food was brought to us. One request to McD's: please serve your burgers a bit hotter! A tip: complete the questionnaire on the receipt and you will be sent a qr code for a £1.99 big mac and fries the next time you go (time limited).

We ordered from the lexicon McDonald’s via Uber eats last night. We ordered 7 adult large meals sides and a happy meal. Which cost 60 pound last night. What arrived was 7 drinks and a happy meal. We were so upset as the Uber driver wasn’t at all helpful and told us to complain online. 24 hours later we finally get a response saying here ....here’s your £3.89 refund!!!! Am I missing something here....totally in shock with the way we have been treated. And 5 very unhappy teenagers.
