Took my Granddaughter for a meal lastnight. The chips were cold and very poor amount. The chicken wrap was terrible. it had no filling hardly and was torn in half rather than cut. it was extremely poor quality and quantity. im so dissapointed

We came here on a Sunday afternoon where the restaraunt was not too busy.Immediately we were greeted by two very young members of staff (a male and female) who were quite hilariously giggling to themselves, me and my party found this extremely rude and unprofessional.Ordered a platter with sides and wingsThe sides were cold. In particular the chips which were stale and were also supposed to have been peri salted but this was missed by staff. We made attempts every time a member of staff neared our table but it was as if they were deaf. The only plus is that the food came out quite quickly.

Deliveroo delivered half our order, we told the delivery driver who said that was all that was given by manager Alex. We rung up nandos who then blamed the delivery guy, who was still with us and he spoke with Alex and said that was the only bag he gave. Manager Alex then said he couldn't do anything for us after our order came to £109.00 with approx £50 worth of food we had, the delivery guy went back and got the rest of the order. It wasn't the delivery guys fault, and can only blame Nandos and manager Alex for his bad customer service. Won't be ordering from Nandos again after poor Customer service

Quote rude when I was paying for my food, I have blue light card and was denied 20% off told £4 discount at most because there was 7 of us even though all 3 of us provided blue lights cards and rest was children. Attitude stank put me off my food with having to have confrontation over a discount. Staff seemed really rude afterwards aswell wanted to leave but kids was hungry. Will never use this nandos again

Did not have any of the starters I wanted which was a shame but overall the the food was very good and what you would expect from Nando's. First time going into this branch and the staff was very friendly and helpful, toilets are clean but you do have to go upstairs for them and the restaurant was clean

A standard Nando’s with decent quality food. Service was a bit slow and one main course arrived 5 minutes after the others, even though they were all ordered at the same time.

Lunch at Nando's in Bracknell. Always been the best place to eat at. fast and prompt service on the table and food on the table in less than 5 mins.

Staff were happy and friendly. NO HOT DRINKS. What kind of restaurant can't make a coffee??Chicken breast in a pitta, barely warm.Chips , barely warm.NO HOT DRINKSBottom less coke, flat and watered-down.Toilets upstairs.Furniture, well used and tatty.Windows can't be cleaned properly due to a badly designed shopfront.NO HOT DRINKS.COLESLAW was cold crisp fresh and tasty, delicious.Did I mention they don't do tea, coffee, chocolate, even a kids shop like McDonald's can manage that.Shan't bother again.

Service was average, typically grubby tables, cutlery, and sauce bottles.Quality of chicken was okay, but there were a limited number of sauce flavours available, let down.

I'm not expecting top-notch gourmet food at a Nando's; I've visited plenty of other outlets before. My last experience wasn't great. Whether it was a "computer issue" (as the waitress opined) or just poor organisation, three people in our party of eight didn't get anything to eat until most of us had finished. On inquiring, the staff said they'd check it out. A random meal came our way which hadn't been ordered. Then the correct meals arrived, one-by-one. The disinterested waiter offered no apology when bringing them over and just declared what each one was. I ordered a quarter-chicken with a side which thankfully arrived in reasonable time. I think it's pretty hard to overcook chicken-on-the-bone, but mine was very dry and rubbery. That's not good for a chicken restaurant. Oh, and their online ordering service is so poor that no-one could get it to work, so we all used the traditional method of queueing at the counter. Poor service and poor food means the only reason I would visit again is if my friends want to use it as a meeting place to catch up. I would not return by choice.
