Papa Johns in Bracknell Forest

We always order direct from here and use thier drivers. They are always polite and food is always hot and on time.We love the garlic sticks with cheese and thier special garlic sauce.Pizzas are always yummy.

Pizzas always good if they arrive fast, if you order on the wrong night with a long wait expect them to be cold. Recent introduction of delivery charge has reduced my orders, I understand fuel has gone up but pizzas are the highest profit margin fast food. Still no milkshakes sold here unlike many other branches. Due to delivery cost and no milkshakes I'll just buy Sainsburys pizzas now and save money.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Firstly waited an hour since ordering for it to turn up. When it did, it was the wrong order. Driver came back with my order which by the time they did, the food was cold and the order was incomplete. Along with that the special garlic dip had clearly gone off. Phoned to ask for a refund. Been told 24 hours... still not been refunded. Think it's time I stop ordering from this company.

They've upped their prices. Papa John's was already expensive, however now you can't get any decent chicken sides with deals anymore as they've been removed as an option. Was our go-to and our favourite, not anymore.

Things improving at this branch, last few deliveries Pizza's arrived very tasty and hot. But why is it nearly all other Papa Johns sell Milkshakes but the Bracknell one doesn't, I love the F'real milkshakes and would order more pizza knowing you sell these. Please invest in a machine and locals will buy loads, no other pizza place offers this. You are missing a trick! Also open later in the evenings please.

Best pizza i have had in ages. Just the correct ratio of tomato base , cheese and topping. I actually couldn't fault it. The staff were amazing too. I ordered and collected in store.

Warning! If something goes wrong and you want a refund be warned you have no option but to complete an 'online form' wait 5 WORKING DAYS for a response then a further 10 days for a refund. Nearly 3 weeks to wait for a simple refund for a pizza that never got delivered. No live chat exists, the store does not issue refunds, no direct phone number to Papa Johns unless you want to order. The whole set up is an absolute joke. Stick with UberEats or Deliveroo locally. This store has gone right down.

Took 1hr 30mins to deliver. The driver rang me and said his sat nav is no good so wanted me to direct him. When he finally turned up the pizza was stone cold and the driver was laughing about it. I rang the store and was told I could get a new pizza tomorrow. Absolutely bs. Never ordering from here again.

Stopped using my regular pizza place and thought I would give Papa's a go as I've heard positive reviews locally. Pizza's turned up in less than 20 minutes and the pizzas arrived steaming and fresh plus they even had a security seal on them. I regret ordering from anywhere else now. Give this place a go you won't regret it..

Our entire family who have lived in Bracknell all our lives was delighted to hear Papa Johns opened up last year. Pizzas and chinese across Bracknell is generally awful but after trying pizza from here we order every week as a treat. The service has always been good and the good arrived steaming hot, we would like to see all the potato related sides cooked a little longer until golden brown as sometimes they arrived undercooked. Thanks.
