One of the best pubs around Berkshire, loved the ambience, very spacious inside out & ample parking. Will visit again. Although, more food choices (veg/vegan) will help cater all types of customers. Food Prices are really expensive however quality is very good.

My volleyball team went there this evening for a meal - our group was big and still everybody working there was super friendly and quick to sort us out.Food was amazing, service was over 5 big stars and the place… you don’t see places like that everywhere.Great team, amazing food, incredible place = we will recommend it to everyone we know a big thank you from the Farnborough volleyball club 🙏🏿❤️

Very tasty food, the menu looks fresh as well. Nothing too complicated but with an original feel to it. Service was good despite it being busy on a week night. The decor is comfy and electic

A lovely quirky pub with a variety of seating areas, quiet corners and even a private side extended section called the cottage, really oldy worldly England! Enjoyed dining there with my family for a birthday lunch for my 2 year of nephew. They too the food order in advance which meant it already to serve when we arrived, easier for 24 people and 6 kids!! Staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely go again if in that area, little bit of a drive from west London!

I visited here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was so disappointed with the food. Went for a Sunday lunch and choose the beef - considering its the only main option for roasts on the menu (excluding veg option) it was of bad quality. It was full of fat and tough. I did mention this to the staff and even they said they wouldnt of paid for it. One of the roasts was removed from the bill (which was appreciated). Desert was nice and the pub is lovely in side as well.

It's a beautiful restaurant but the food was a real let down. Ordered the Chicken Ceaser Salad (asked for no anchovies as I do not like fish at all) Food came out - and all I could taste on the salad was fish all to be told it's all mixed in the dressing, I could of been told this when ordering. I asked to change to another meal which was no problem for the staff! Chose the double cheeseburger - the bread bun tasted quite stale - as did my friends burger bun (she had the southern fried chicken burger) This could have been a lovely meal out as the atmosphere is nice but food really needs to be focused on. Also flat breads aren't served after 5pm (doesn't state that on the menu) Wouldn't go again.

My first time dining here on a Sunday and I wasn't disappointed with anything. The service was excellent, a wait of only 10 minutes for the food to come out. Our table, in my view was the best in the restaurant, close to the log burner, great on a cold day!The Roast beef with all the trimmings was delicious and plentiful - my only dislike was the pickled red cabbage.Side orders of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets were good size portions - more than enough for two people. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was heavenly and a fairly good portion for sharing.I would definitely recommend eating here.. (^o^)

Really friendly place. Lovely bar and atmosphere. Restaurant service a little slow but food quality, choice of beers and other drinks is great. Great place to go for dinner and evening drinks

A very nicely decorated eatery with adequate space between the tables. The food was good, without being great. The lager battered fish was perhaps a little underdone. The Badger Best Bitter was nice.
