Pizza Express in Bracknell Forest

Worst service ever. Rude staff... ordered food and starters, had taken them 20 min to bring my marinated olives. Horrible staff, complaining they are busy meanwhile half of the restaurant was empty. Not to mention that the calabrese pizza was half of the size of the normal Calabrese I usually eat on all other Pizza Express restaurants. Definitely my last visit in this " restaurant " for sure.

It was great, though upon arrival took a while to be served. This is probably due to a lack of staff. But totally happy though

Go to Wokingham branch regularly and am never disappointed. In Bracknell I was given a raw pizza and another of our party was given brown lettuce, we complained and the waitress just walked away without doing anything. Had to argue it with her to have food taken off the bill. Asked to speak to manager who wouldn’t come over, but did take the inedible food off the bill. It wasn’t busy, but took way too long to get our food or service.

Friendly atmosphere with engaging staff who make sure you're ok and of course - some very nice Pizza (my favourite - Sloppy Giuseppe), plus the desert menu is fab - the photos I shared here are from the Dolcetti - perfect, a small sweet with a lovelly Coffee. Thoroughly recommend!

We've visited Pizza Express many times since the 'Lexicon' in Bracknell opened. Every time has been a great experience, whether with friends or as a couple. The customer experience is always great, the staff really go out of their way to ensure your visit is positive; from attentive service to good food. I'd like to give a huge thank you to Brooke and Sylvia who really made our visit special recently, a true credit to Pizza Express.

Worst service ever. Nobody came to our table for order or for bill. One employee there was eating in front of me and talking to me badly. The employees ganged up in a corner and were chatting while I was waving my hand to please take my order. They made me wait for 40 mins. Disgusting food, Disgusting service.

Had my daughter's 7th year old birthday party there today and was fabulous.The staff couldn't be more attentive and so kind our waitress Adel was amazing from start to finish.Thank you xx

We have been to Pizza Express a lot over the years (thank you Tesco coupons!) and we've never been disappointed. It's a pizza restaurant chain and so you know what you're getting. Place was clean and the staff were friendly.

The worst ever delivery and customer service I've ever had. Got our order paid 55 pounds and was missing a pizza rung up to ask why and the guy on the phone was disgustingly unprofessional. Started saying he packed it right when he didn't and then went on to start threatening us over the phone when questioned him. I will never order from this place again they conned us out of a lot of money and don't understand the principle of customer is always right. I'll be reporting this person to head office as he needs to rid of absolutely disgusting avoid this place like the plague there is a reason no one eats here and thats obvious! Should boycott the place the staff here are that disgusting and unprofessional!

Pleasant experience during a busy shift. Food was good for a chain resturant. They didn't have a Borrata starter so we has to chose something but they tried to charge us for it. Apart from that the service was very good as the staff were lovely.
