Very friendly staff, very attentive. We had lunch at Robyn’s nest cafe and wow the portion size are huge and so fresh. We have also been for breakfast and just office and cake.Definitely worth visiting if in the area.Recommend booking at the weekends.

My son and daughter took me to Robyn's Nest for afternoon tea. I love afternoon tea and have had a fair few in my time! The sandwiches were lovely, though quite a few tuna, which was OK for me, but the rest of our party would have preferred maybe more cheese or ham. I was disappointed with the cakes on offer, well I say cakes, but I don't consider flapjacks and rice crispy cakes as typical afternoon tea cakes. The scones were huge, they would have been better being smaller with more fruit as they were a bit on the plain side.Tea and coffee came promptly, though my request for skimmed milk, though noted when refreshments were ordered, was not delivered. It was a very busy morning and obviously a popular Sunday morning breakfast favourite meet up.I wouldn't have posted a review, but this afternoon tea wasn't cheap, and therefore considering what was serviced it was disappointing. The atmosphere was lovely on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Enormous veggie breakfast at a decent price. Gorgeous ice cream based milk shakes too. Really popular place...when we visited we were asked if we had booked! Some tables outside. Bike stands available for about 12 bikes. We will be back for more.

We decided to head here for a bite to eat before heading to town. We were aware that they were busy and there was a 20 minute wait for food. We were happy to wait and just chill. The drinks came first then the food. My friend had ordered a sausage sandwich he said it was ok but not up to its usual standard. My bacon bap was awful, inedible like rock. I had to pick at it. I wanted to complain but there was a queue at the till. Last time we visited it was lovely, sorry at this price we won't be back in a hurry.

I took my nieces (5 and 8) to Robyn's Nest for a special treat with their Grandpa. They had the unicorn afternoon tea and we had a grown up afternoon tea.It all went brilliantly. Very efficient and helpful emails in advance to confirm the food order and specific requirements along with secure pre payment. They were also very accommodating about a quieter spot for my elderly father. On the day the food was great and the children loved their platters - just don't tell their parents they swerved the sandwiches and focused on the sweet treats! They scored their unicorn afternoon tea 100 out of 10 and you can't get much better than that!

Fantastic little café, staff are all absolutely amazing and there is extraordinary value for money. The portion sizes on their lunch and breakfast items are fantastic and there's a really welcoming and all round pleasant atmosphere. Local businesses like this one are really worth supporting as you'd struggle to find anywhere near the service and friendliness in a bigger chain coffee shop as you do find in this one. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Lovely vibe, friendly staff and great selection on the menu! The colourful funfetti cake was perfect for a happy Saturday.

We want for lunch as a group of 6. The menu is varied but expensive. When I paid, I thought I had been overcharged. I mentioned this at the table and a member of staff didn’t seem remotely interested. I went to the till and it seems that at service charge is added if there are 6 of you. At no point was I made aware of this or asked if I would like this to be added. I always tip in restaurants but this is a basic cafe with no table service in a garden centre. Our coffees arrived cold and no crisps with two of the toasties as advertised. There was a young waiter who was lovely and trying his best. It’s a shame as I was looking forward to trying here but not sure I will return for the cost/quality of the food and service.

We came here for a breakfast between New Year and Xmas, the service was quick and efficient and the food was very nice although we got our hot drinks when we ordered we had drank them before the breakfast arrived so had to order another so think about drinking them quickly. Price was not bad a little expensive compared to other cafés but I assume being attached to a Garden centre the rates are probably not cheap. We'll worth a visit and check it out.

Our brunch at Robyn's Nest Cafe was great! Despite the cafe being almost full, our food came at a descent time and the staff were great. Delicious and high quality meals...would definitely recommend!
