Subway in Bracknell Forest

Good delivery the sandwich was perfect and the 2 double choc cookies.....but the crisps were the wrong ones and the pack of 3 rainbow cookies was messed up as I only got 1 cookie but got charged for 3!!

Got a couple of very nice footlongs here; one a vegan meatless meatball and the other a steak and cheese. Unlike some outlets they are generous with their fillings and salad. Love it!

It was basically the last drop in the glass as we say.I went to this store again - as I do in the last few months quite often - I ordered my plant patty wrap - as I do in the last few months quite often - and the lady told me again that i can go with 4 salads - as she does in the last few months ALWAYS - but this time she really went too far. I told her again that I always go with 5 salads (lettuce, tomato, pickle, sweetcorn, onion) plus 1 sauce and after the 4th salad she said no more salad and basically walked away from my halfmade wrap and said again I can go with only 4 salads because of their manager. After 5 minutes arguing with her she still didn't want to finish my wrap she was very rude and actually her colleague finished my wrap.Since I discovered their plant patty wrap I go to different Subways all around my journey takes me and since she told me the first time that i can go with only 4 salads I asked the staff in different stores and everybody told me there's no rule for that.I just find this whole situation very frustrating and puts me off from having anything from Subway. I worked in catering as well and we always appreciated those customers who come back all the time and I would never dare to do anything like that especially with someone who's doing business for us 4-5 times a week.The wrap was very tasty just as it is all the time but her behaviour and attitude is NOT for any Subway or any kind of restaurants.

Unfortunately cant give a 0 star. Rudest member of staff in the world. Looked on Google to see what time it closed and it says 8pm. I turned up at 715pm to be told it was closed. I showed the rude female staff my phone and said "you need to update the times of what time you're open." She said "we don't do that wrap!!" I showed again and said "no the time says 8pm you close" and her response which absolutely shocked me was "not my problem!! Speak to the manager!!!" I was absolutely startled and said "It is your problem as you work here and you can tell your manager!!" She then said "tell the manager, it's not my problem."Absolutely disgusted and wouldn't ever go here with that attitude. Absolutely disgusting and rude. Never been talked to like that as a customer.Worst place ever and needs to be sacked!!! Also wasn't wearing her mask properly!! Idiot.

Read reviews but it’s only subway open so tried to be positive and give it a go anyway and what a waste of time lol.Immediately rude staff no food left no time for customers. Bad experience all round. Shame as the other subways around bracknell are great.

I got two tuna sub one seeded bread and cheese herb very professional way done and warm melted in our mouth.Many thanks again subway.

It was good but not the best, most of the favourite sub bread were finished and had to do with the ones left.. there were no wrap or nachos neither. Their cookies is top notch though! And was quite impressed they stiill have them available!

Extremely disappointed. Poor staff service, always closing before closing time. Long waiting times. Slow service. Never answers phone. Very poorley filled sandwiches. Always need to keep asking to fill it more which frankly is embarrassing. Would not recommend this subway at all!

As an experienced sandwhichs artist whom has done this job for years I can honestly say. The store needs to get it's act together the atmosphere is tense you could feel it and if management felt like it they will have one person lunch times which is not fair on the great people of Bracknell please prove me wrong

Pretty good subway. It's placed inside the BP station but has some separate seating available. The staff were able to make my sandwich well, it tasted like every other Subway so nothing to complain about! Usually there is only one member of staff, so you may wait a bit longer than in other Subway.
