The Big Thumb fish and chips in Bracknell Forest

A friend recommended me to come here, it was a great experience, the fish was delicious, the service was good, the chips were delicious, will come again next time.

Fish still has the skin on and the batter is very solid!... Would not recommend the fish, but the chips and service was good!

As you can see, every fish they fry is a freshly prepared batter. The price is also not very expensive! Good quality, great staff service! Recommended! (The only downside is to go to Co Op to withdraw cash! But it doesn't affect my weekly food purchases here.) Thank you!

Unlike some other local fish and chip shop, you can get served and walk out with your food within 5 mins. Good food, quick service...what you expect from a chippy.

One of the best, if not the best in town. Tastefully made with generous portions and excellent value for money. The only downside is they are cash only.

First time visiting, HUGE portions so remember that one, how ever the batter on the fish wasn’t that nice hence 4 stars, fish was nice though, tasted fresh and the chips where nice, soft on the inside crunchy on the outside like an armadillo lol

I had to wait 15 mins and they only take cash (odd in today's COVID world). They are the minor frustrations. However, the food was amazing and really generous portions. My wife's fish covered her entire plate and the chips were perfect.Love it. I'll be back soon.

Wouldn’t be my first choice for fish and chips! Battered sausage are half size. Veg pancake rolls are a complete waste of money in my opinion, just bean purée and cubed carrots. However, the chips were very nice and the perfect amount of salt and vinegar.
