Real Mother’s Day Treat. Wife and kids loved it. Fantastic Sunday roast chicken and pork. Great range of beers. Really good service to match. We will be back.

We went to dinner on Saturday evening for a Mothers Day treat.When we arrived we were seated between two tables and dogs on either side of us.We booked for the restaurant not to eat in the bar surrendered by dogs,it was impossible to move with dogs hopping up on the table.The food was terrible, ordered chicken hard and tasteless. The salad must have been there for days, photos to prove.very big bill hot food that was not eaten,and smelling of dogs when we left.ms.Sheekey

Very fast service. Very tasty food & generous with the gravy. Lovely location. Acoustics of the restaurant isn’t great - bit noisy. But overall good experience!

Nice pub. Modern interior and much enlarged from the original tiny pub it once was. Went for a couple of drinks but at £21.30 for two large red wines decided one was enough!! Makes London pubs seem bargains!

2 star food hygiene rating from a recent inspection by the council in December 2021! Highlighted by local press as had no idea… Won’t be returning until major improvements made - concerns around how food is handled and stored…(!) Considering this is a pub owned by a chain it’s disappointing to see such a low score.

What a fabulous pub. Loads of outdoor space with seating. There was a kids bouncy castle and two different seating areas. The car park is big too. Inside, the bar is small but plenty of staff to keep customers served quickly and happy. There is also a small room which can be hired out for private events. The restaurant is massive, tables set out with plenty of space around you. We had Sunday roast which was good. I'd come here again to sample more off the menu!

Food was nice, but I had the vegetarian roast, which wasn't so great, looked like a sausage roll. Would have liked to have seen nut roast on the menu and more veggie options. Staff were friendly, even though one of them said I looked stressed when I arrived lol, I wasn't.

Lovely food, friendly staff and cosy location. Adore the animals that they keep. Beautiful cows, chickens, goats and ducks. Dogs welcome with a great family feel.
