The Yorkshire Rose in Bracknell Forest

First of all, meniu is all meat and fish. There's no salad or vegetarian options. As of they are stuck in a past with the food.We did not order wine, therefore we didn't get bread. Other tables did 🤷‍♀️Fresh beans with my steak were spoiled, smelly and not edible. No idea why they think its OK to serve that to people 🤦‍♀️We waited for food for 45 mins ...

If zero stars was an option I'd leave it. Worst Sunday lunch anywhere ! Chicken pink, roast potatoes undercooked, raw parsnips, aunt Bessie's Yorkshire's and bistro gravy ! Cheap nasty ice cream for dessert, no apology when we complained just a bad attitude ! Extremely disappointing

Great food - amazing salmon dish! I would say this is a hidden gem in Bracknell. We took our dog and had a lovely meal in the bar. Friendly serving team & staff.

I'd like to put 4 and a half stars because the Yorkshire Rose was brilliant. They were very busy and there was a party in another room so they were at capacity. Can't fault the food or staff who managed to keep smiling throughout. The gravlax with a creamy horseradish sauce was excellent as was the butterfly chicken breast in a mushroom sauce with dauphinoise potatoes. A great evening and I'll definitely go back.

Having not been to this pub for many years we decided to give it a try having read good reviews. We were not disappointed the food quality is top notch complimented by the warm and friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We will definitely return at our earliest opportunity.

Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the food but were were lucky to visit The Yorkshire Rose on a beautiful sunny Sunday for lunch.They have a lovely, cosy garden with tables a good distance away from one another- most likely with safety in mind but we appreciated it for personal space too.We shared a prawn cocktail which was perfect, as was our margarita pizza and salad. They kindly packaged the pizza we couldn’t manage to take home.Service was a little bit slow at times but the food was delicious and the staff were warm and accommodating.One or two more veggie options would be great and perhaps a little bit of soft background music in the garden- especially around midday when the first tables arrive as it would soften the atmosphere.Thank you! We will definitely revisit soon.
