Tops Pizza in Bracknell Forest

Ordered "The Great Double" deal for 2 large pizzas, 1 American Hot and 1 Seafood all for £26.99Pricing is OKAY considering this is suppose to be the largest pizza.We ordered through Ubereats, there wasnt much info on the size of the pizzas or what kind of toppings the pizza had from the vague title given on the app. So it was like taking a shot in the dark as it was our first time ordering pizza from Tops.Delivery time took its full 40mins + 10mins, but delivery guy from motorbike was nice.American Hot was quite pleasant actually, we orded thin crust but crust was not really thin.Seafood pizza on the other hand... felt extremely cheap, I was expecting some calamari, mussels and other types of seafood bc it is "seafood".It looked like Tops uses canned tuna fish and those cheap little shrimps you get from Iceland. Top that with some slices of tomato which I didnt expect, and I dont think my pizza had any base/sauces as I did not taste anything but the doughy bread, cheese and TUNA.I didn't really enjoy my seafood pizza, but American Hot was not bad.I don't know if I'd want to try the other pizzas in the menu, maybe another day when I'm not sober.

What a disaster serviceWe had ordered pizza and cheesecakeWe get small pizza and paid for medium one.. and cheesecake was forgotten (even delivery guy at least seemed okay) but when we called a pizza place to ask for pizza after very rude behaviour and attitude, he even hang up and finished call without any explanation or at least apology.I really don’t know why we been treated like this since we just called to check where is what we paid.And this is one of the reason that we want to point out of this so in future at least I would expect they will not do same mistake with anyone else.However, if wasn’t service so so disrespectful I wouldn’t be bother on first place to leave this review, this is embarrassing for anyone, especially pizzeria.

Been ordering from here for 5 years, but I'm out. Food is okay for the price but service has dropped off down towards the abyssal pits of hell. Don't know what happened, but honestly at this point it's just become way too much.If you can't deliver to me any more, don't let me order from you online in the first place. Can't be bothered to drive to a place that you've been delivering to for 5+ years? Don't include it as a valid postcode. This is pretty easy stuff, any other takeaway seems to manage it just fine.Sorry folks but don't order from here if you're too far away, not that you could possibly know as there's nothing to indicate where they've arbitrarily drawn their lines.

Ordered two meals. Both turned out really blunt and tasteless. One rice meal was really soggy and the other meat meal I could literally count the meat in the sauce. Had to him the entire meal. First time buying from them and definitely the last. A total rip off.

Burnt/cold sides and missing toppings on pizza - restaurant promised double toppings next time and refused to replace food. Emailed customer support over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t got a response…

First issue was the time, so you always get an estimated time for your delivery which is USUALLY within a 40 minute period. Last night we waited 1 hour & 25 minutes before we decided to phone in to enquire. We were advised the order had been dispatched & would be with us shortly. However no apology for the delay etc. Order arrived 5 minutes or so later.Second issue, was the quality of the food. There seems to be absolutely no pride in the way that they present their food. I purposely ordered double cheese & tomato base due to the lack of portion they now serve & it was still surprisingly minimal. As well as salami & pepperoni, of which there was a SINGLE one on each slice, baring in mind it was an Large pizza, (a single pepperoni slice on each slice of pizza) it's quite ridiculous when you're being charged near £30 an order as well as the newly introduced service charge, yet they can't put more than a single ingredient per slice.The chicken was disgusting & Dry. It's taste & consistency was as if it had been cooked 3/4 hours prior & left on a hot counter, resulting in it drying out etc.The best thing about the whole order was the bottled Coca-Cola.To say the standards have Continued to drop over the last year is putting it politely & an understatement, & until the bracknell branch get their bearings back together. I will no longer being an active customer of their establishment.I wish them all the best!(I HAVE EMAILED YOU TWICE, WITH NO RESPONSE) Also you may want to check into the store to see what's really going on, just check your reviews over the last 6 months! 13 out of 15 reviews are all rated 1*.. Be prepared for a cold food delivery and to reach you a very long time after you order it . I ordered at a non peak time 16.45 it took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive . Dont give the option for a 45 minute or a 1 hour delivery if it's not possible , people generally prefer honesty .

If your thinking of ordering from the oriental menu I wouldn’t bother! Took over an hour and a half to arrive! Lady on the phone kept telling me “will be 10-12 minutes” every time I called.

If you like cheesy pizza, definitely come here. Lots of toppings, delivery is always on time, food always comes hot. Recommended the chilli cheese bits!I originally gave this review 4 stars but after such consist orders for a number of months with amazing pizza every time, I think they now deserve 5 stars!

We've eaten here a few times and can say it's one of the best in bracknell! We've tried a few in bracknell which found noodles to be stodgy but not from Tops oriental! All the flavours were great and was all freshly cooked! we will be regulars at this takeaway.This is a great addition to the pizza shop.We've always collected our food as we live close but it's always piping hotWorth trying at least once to see how good it is.
