Village Inn in Bracknell Forest

Very easy check in and check out. Bed was very comfortable and shower too. The pool and sauna are big clean and enjoyable. Great bar with lots of seats and good prices.The Google assistant is a great adition to the room.The bathroom was a little bit small and the window when opened was very dirty.at the top.Overall a very enjoyable stay overall, will definitely come back!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt this place and it's staff really deserved it. We had such wonderful service in the hotel's pub from a lovely girl named Jess, she was fantastic and made our Sunday afternoon visit! Highly recommend for families, lovely atmosphere, great staff and well worth a visit.

First of all I would like to thank everyone at village hotel Bracknell. We spent 2 nights for our anniversary, we received the best customer service someone could ask for. The room was done to an amazing extent everything we requested was already in place. I would specifically like to thank Yana, and the night manager at the grill sorry I didn’t get your name brother. But honestly all in all I have stayed in a lot of hotels and 5 different village hotels this has to have been the best experience of my life. Thank you all. After turning up toilet did not work ! We was checking the room to find out who to contact but no details so had to report the problem in reception and was told could not fix it until next day as no maintenance people are available in a hotel, with over 300 rooms! I am sure that be a breach over health and safety and top it all off no other rooms available for my wife and young son. lady turn up and fixed it first thing who was great and commented that they have trouble with these system. Then next day no hot water and tv not working. I understand the last 2 points are hotel wideWe have been offered us to stay an extra night for free!, of course this not acceptable and We will write an official complaintSo poor management and procedures in place to deal with major issues. How can you not contact reception from your room, maybe I need exercise!

Travelled in from the US, and the staff made every accommodation to get me into a room early. Great meeting space as it was a work related meeting. Great pub and restaurant. But the absolute best part was the attached health club - I completed 4 workouts in my three days there! The best part was the friendly staff.

Excellent venue with some fantastic facilities. However, special mention to the Starbucks within - the staff are incredibly attentive and their customer service is exceptional. Always greeted with the warmest of welcomes! Keep doing what you’re doing Vincent, Dianne & Ashley!! Legends

Thanks Jade for a warm welcome on the front desk. A great Gym and better atmosphere. Lots of equipment and friendly staff plus a great place to grab a coffee afterwards or some food. The gym has everything you need and is super clean.

Excellent hotel, just what we needed in Bracknell. My husband took me there for my birthday dinner. Perfect food, fast service, lovely cocktails and friendly, but professional staff. Tick all of my boxes! Thanks guys.
