Waitrose Cafe in Bracknell Forest

Unfortunately very disappointed with customer service from Alan (usually at fish counter) who wasn't polite or understanding of the situation. For the first time I received parking ticket while being loyal customer of Waitrose. Even that day I did my shopping at Waitrose. From my understanding parking should be for Waitrose customers and customer service should help customers, not helping parking lot earn money. I believe that £40 could be better spend on charity or help for people in need, not giving it to parking management. Where this money goes? Is there any improvement in infrastructure? Long wait to park and exit the carpark. Poor service level which is a shame as I loved to shop there.

Love a waitrose, lots of decent quality grub... Bracknell store's no different. No queues at the tills, nice and friendly staff, what's not to like.

Well positioned. Car park has 90min free car park. Fair sized for Waitrose, not huge

Best food shop in Bracknell. Just do it, you know you want to.

I like Waitrose, the one in braknell was particularly busy but then it is to be expected for xmas time. They have lots of stock on the shelves and the food is great quality

Parking easy. Staff polite. Store clean. Produce is largely of good quality, although expensive (I think). I was delighted to see mince packaged without plastic trays. Long life carrier bags were surprisingly inexpensive.

Rude staff made me feel humiliated at the till. Worst Waitrose around. Also low stock in store and lower variety then in other stores.

Excellent as usual - found all the ingredients for a special meal for friends!

Felt very safe entering and leaving the store as security doing an excellent job of managing customer flow. Some customers however had lost their sense of spacial awareness, I still felt safe and avoided those not following distancing guidelines. Everything I wanted was in store and no queues at checkouts, well done Waitrose.

This Waitrose is always well stocked up with a very good variety of goods. They take good measures for Covid-19, going to the extent of having someone at the door controlling the one way system they put in place at the entrance. Never had to queue here and always found what I was looking for. There is a good variety of vegan food which is perfect for me. :)
